Pictures were decent and reasonable. But photographer didn't seem the least bit interested in making my son (17 with Aspergers) smile, so he didn't. Not one smiling happy picture.

Worst school pictures I have ever seen. I'm so disappointed. Will take my daughter to a studio to have her school pictures taken next time. Never ordering from these jokes again! They couldn't even give me a picture with her centered properly in the picture! Poor poor quality!

The worst customer service! No one at the company can tell me how much the picture will cost. Gentleman on the phone informed me that is not his area of expertise. My son's school picture are today. We were informed to go to their website to order them online. Hard to do when their school isn't even on the website to order from. I am told to just keep checking back throughout the day. Hey OSP, most of us parents work for a living and can't spend the day checking your website. What a joke!

Every time I've ordered school pictures from this company, I never receive them! Its quite ridiculous! The pictures aren't even that great. If I had my choice I would never use them for any pictures!!
