She captured so many amazing shots and was even kind enough to give us a few glimpses from the back of the camera!! Awesome photos, horrible customer service. Never got my photos from.end of July and they claim they may not have them, wont look to see because that takes too long so just refunded my money. Um...didnt want the money,.offered to pay them twice what I originally paid and they refuse to send them to me. Screamed at me over the phone because I was mad that they wouldn't resend them and now calls me a liar. Smh...shes good but not so great if you are upset about anything..I JUST wanted my photos

I would highly advise against using this company. Poor customer service has resulted in 3 year relationship being terminated. As a business owner myself I understand what it means to take care of your customers and clients. My wife had used this company for years and but only once had ever ask for any type of correction. While I have never found the service or quality to be up to par my wife did like using the company hence using them for 3 years. Unfortunately this last event was finally enough for my wife to see what I had been talking about all along and that this companies arrogance and lack of regard for their clients was made abundantly clear. It was clearly stated that my wife, who has spent at least a couple thousand dollars over the last couple years, just didn't pay enough for this mini session of photos for the photographer to care if she liked the end result or not. Had she opted for the full session, which she has many times, then it would be something they would take the time to fix. If your only motivating factor as a business is the money you make then I feel bad for the customers and clients like my wife who placed the trust of having precious memories of our children captured by someone who could care less about the relationship between themselves and their clients. As businesses we have to make money that is a given but when you allow profit to cloud your judgment you lose good clients. Our children our just now almost 4 years old and so there are many more years of pictures to come. With multiple photo sessions done each year and many years of photos to come you can do the math. If telling your client that they are simply not worth your time unless they always buy your full package and pay the "big bucks" is worth losing out on the years and years of photos to come then you are either ignorant or bad at business....maybe both.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After my wife booked her for our wedding she never called or anything we heard nothing from her until my wife called her the week prior and she explained how she would not be photographing our actual ceremony or the events leading up to like her getting ready! Knowing we obviously wanted that done she explained how she would for another $450! We ended up using someone else but did have to take this woman to court to get our money back only to get paid in all pennies by her through the mail! Complete unprofessional but i guess some people could care less about customer service and integrity. Would not recommend her to anyone and hope all the people we have told stay far from this photographer... And since I can’t respond to your response I’ll just edit this one! LG photography literally had 9 people get on here and post reviews due to the low reviews she receives from actual customers. And yes we did receive your 7 boxes of pennies and we will release the judgement against you once we’re finished counting them all... And btw go check out your yellowpages reviews it tells a different story than all your friends that mysteriously posted at the same time...

LG Photography is very unprofessional. Please read the reviews before you hire this photographer! Lisa and Michael (owners) consistently fail to do what is right. Some of the stories are pretty unbelievable (settling a court ordered refund with pennies??). In my case, I thought I was booking with the LG photography located in Bethlehem, PA. I accidentally booked a session with LG Photography in Oklahoma. Unfortunately, the mobile square site does not show all of the business info (including the address) so I did not realize she was out of state - or that she was not the LG Photography that I have worked with a couple times in the past. I realized my mistake when I received the confirmation email and requested a refund within less than 5 minutes of the transaction being processed. Lisa and Michael did not respond to my request for a refund in the first 6 emails I sent (other than one email suggesting that I should not have made that mistake). I finally received this response (caps & all) as part of a longer email: "we clearly have it marked on the purchase link that all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. I am very sorry YOU FAILED to scroll down the page which clearly shows we are located in Oklahoma." Please find another photographer - a good photographer AND a good person. ** Update: Lisa's response is inaccurate. The "refund" information she cited was provided in the same email as the sentence above (with the shouty caps). It only included rationale as to why I would never receive a refund. I also object to the suggestion that I was "nasty". I suggested that we settle the dispute with a donation to charity. I made a mistake and she did not earn the money... Seems like a reasonable solution and good way to move on? I don't think looking for a compromise is nasty. As you can probably guess (given that I am taking the time to write an update), LG Photography (of Oklahoma!) declined to donate the $25 to charity. More than that, she suggested (AGAIN) that I take the issue up with my credit card company. You have probably figured out that this is not about the money. It's $25. This is about principle..**

My wife was going to try and surprise me with photos for our anniversary. She was stood up twice, even though she made apointments months in advance and paid the deposit. After finally making an appointment with another photographer, she found that a bride had had the same experience with wedding photos with LG. Not sure how the quality of the pictures are here, but it is definitely not somewhere I would recommend. Terrible business practices.

If you are camera shy like me, she gives you alot of instruction and advice for posing. If you are wild and active like my kid, she goes with it. I messaged you after hours. I apologize, I guess it’s because I was supposed to get the photographs I was so excited about seeing. The comment was far from “not so nice”. It was a playful comment with a smiley face included. I stated that it was just being funny, not to be taken as a rude comment, but that was after you rudely responded. You didn’t reply back, that’s fine. You take offense very easily. Yes, you do have 20,000 likes on your page. You do have good work. I still have a “like” on your FB page. No, you’re not required to do ANYTHING that I ask. Also, I do not require special attention. If you were a good company, that just would be freely given. I’m not quite sure what the “special attention” would be for. I do require good service with a nice company, if that’s what you’re referring to. I’m glad I’m finally standing up and saying something. I’m sure you do have a great clientele, that’s wonderful. Good for you. If that’s true then maybe you shouldn’t be so concerned about this review. Thanks for the extra photographs, however I only developed 6 of those photos. Not your problem. Maybe you Should have left out that picture. Who would develop that? Unless you thought, maybe she would give me an extra 25.00 to edit that out? Just brainstorming here. Yes, I think it’s a shame that you’re missing the point. And please do not respond the way you do and end it with, “I hope you find the photographer that meets your needs.” Because, really? You do not care and it’s condescending. And THAT is the essence of your company. Glad you could prove that you’re who I thought you were. I hope you just take the initial review as constructive criticism and improve. Don’t give excuses. Just improve. We do not need to continue this conversation any further.

Paid for photos that I didn't get to keep! I received the email for the download when I was out of town. I was thinking I could download the files when I got home. I was wrong because we I went to open the email it said that I only had 7 days. I was a few days past that and sent them an email thinking she would be reasonable and send me my photos. Nope! No sympathy from them! There was quite a bit that went into getting us ready for a family photo and they are meant as Christmas gifts for the grandparents. I have no time to take new photos and they are holding my 5 photos hostage unless I pay $95. $20 per upload?! Never again!
