They took photos of our college graduation. The photos look great except one of the ones we really want is of another person. I have made inquiry after inquiry (5Xs that I have documented) as to whether it can be fixed. I received an email on May 21 that they were working to solve the problem - 9 days later, still can't get a response from them. I'm sure they're great as long as you don't have a problem, but the service if you do have a problem is non-existent in our case.

Rip off artists in my opinion. Low quality dark, underexposed snapshot of graduation photo taken with literally 2 seconds allowed per student so no "smile" or "turn this way" or anything of value. $75 for a DOWNLOAD JPEG!!! I'm really curious if someone got a bribe at the school to allow this clown service to be the only official photographer. A 3 year old with a disposable camera could probably take better pictures.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They will ruin your experience. They try to fix your photos that they screw up, but for some reason they can't fix them correctly on top of that they decide to choose the photo's they want and not the ones you picked out and paid for.
