We had very high hopes coming in for Glasser with all of the good reviews and albums on their website. Up until our wedding we were satisfied with our communication and the planning experience. Our photographer was contracted out and he was wonderful, we have little to no complaints about him. After our wedding we contacted Glasser regarding a timeline for a sneak peak and receiving all of our photos. Our consultant did not reply for a few days, so I called and asked to speak with her on the phone. She was out of the office and shortly after that we received a very generic email from Glasser being very vague about the time frame saying it takes about 90 days. We continued to wait and were very pleased when our sneak peak album included about 50 photos, which is much more than we anticipated. We then continued to wait for our full album with wedding party and family photos. When 90 days approached I called our consultant and she explained that 90 days was an estimate and we received the same generic email from them. We kept waiting and as we waited our sneak peak album expired. At 120 days (a month after their approximation) I called and my consultant was very understanding of why I was upset and said she would talk to the editing team and get me a more solid date and call me back. She did not. I called a week later and she said, "Oh I'm glad you called, I lost the post-it I wrote your info on." Then proceeded to tell me she talked with them and our photos would be up by the end of the week. They sent us a $100 code to use to order prints from them, but it can't even buy the cheapest canvas ($132.95). I don't really want to order anything from them because I'm afraid I won't receive it for 120 days. Our photos were finally posted, but there were photos that we had in our sneak peak album that were not in our final album or on our flashdrive, there were SEVERAL photos with eyes closed. I called afterward to explain these issues and she renewed our sneak peak album so I could download the missing photos onto our flashdrive myself. I had to send all the photo numbers with eyes closed for them to fix and they had them back to me by the next day. If it was that easy to fix them, why was it not done in the 120 days they had to edit them? There are still some photos that never showed up like the bride putting on her shoes, which I am positive they took photos of. We were very disappointed with how long it took for our photos to be finished and how it didn't seem to bother them at all. We got married in July and we got our photos ten days before Christmas. If it takes them that long to finish one photo album, they should have hired more editors instead of expanding in more locations. We love our photos, but were very disappointed with the process we had to go through.

My husband and I booked Glasser Images for our wedding photography and we are so happy we did! They have been so great to work with since we booked with them. They respond to emails fairly quick and the wedding day went perfect! Kenzie and Morgan did so great with pictures and made everyone feel for comfortable. They were fun to have around for the day. Joe did our video and he also was so great to work with and made everyone feel comfortable. You can definitely tell they know what they are doing. After only 3 days we got a few pictures of the day back and I cannot stop looking at them - they are so great! We are so happy we got Kenzie, Joe, and Morgan to join us on our big day and so happy we chose Glasser Images!

We booked them October 2017 and had our engagement session in May of this year, and have had nothing but great communication. Our engagement pictures were above and beyond any expectations we had. Our photographer Alexis, met us at Taylor's Falls with a parking pass, and already had spots picked out to have our pictures done. She was prompt and so fun to work with and we even had a second photographer there which was a nice surprise! Our pictures and experience have been nothing but amazing, and I would reccomended this company to anyone I know! I can't wait to see how they photograph our wedding!

I wouldn't give one star to this company if I didn't have to. I am not impressed with the way Jack handles his business and just brushes people off when they have an issue. I love how he was going to look into something and I never heard back from him. That was week 9 after my wedding. The next time that I heard from Glasser Images is on week 12 when I called to see if my pictures were finally ready. The meeting when you meet your photographer; she was not friendly, I gave her a list of pictures that I absolutely wanted to have. Since you can't redo this day and all. On my wedding day; the photographer couldn't even smile much less talk to the wedding party. My bridesmaid took the list that I had, because I made extras and was making sure I got the family pictures that I wanted. The website clearly states that on your wedding day you get 2 photographers. However; the second photographer wasn't even able to take photos without the other one present. I did not even get all the photos that I wanted. I even have a picture that my Aunt took that has the "main" photographer on her phone instead of taking pictures of the wedding guests as my Aunt was taking pictures of my sister and grandma. I even had guests come up to me and say both photographers were arguing out in a hallway. My photographer that wasn't allowed to take pictures I have no issue with. But the main photographer was completely unprofessional, and down right rude on one of the happiest days of my life. This company is NOT worth the money they charge. Nor do they deserve the business that they get. I got a preview of my wedding pictures on week 2, for "thank you's", that was a complete joke. Not one preview had my wedding party, there was barely any pictures of My husband and I. What did they give us for previews....pictures of the decorations, my food, my wedding cake, my cousin. I called and talked to Jack about my disappoint and all he said to me was "let me look into it and get back to you" Which was fine, except he never even bothered. WORST PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend someone else.

My Fiance and I signed up for their 20 minute Valentines Day Special. My Fiance absolutely hates taking photos, but we ended up having a blast! Quinn the photographer was so fun and had the best ideas! When we received our pictures three days later we were in love! I loved every single photo that she took!
