Our family and extended family members have all our photos taken by BOT. The shots are unique and very detailed. Not a hair out of place. Guests in our home always comment, "Wow", this is a great picture, who took them? The staff is extremely genuine and very heart felt. In fact, my sister, who is stage four cancer, had her final family portrait taken by BOT, and Anthony would not accept a dime for his services. "It is my gift to you". Seriously, who does that in our society today? That speaks volumes as to character. Thanks BOT for never disappointing and staying true to your mission. The Ohnstad family.

They promised we would have access to our photos online after 2-3 days. We didn't see anything for almost two weeks, and that was only after multiple phone calls and a written inquiry. The owner promised that he would personally see us through the process and exited the picture shortly thereafter, handing us back to the photographer that initially dropped the ball. When we received our proofs, only half of the photos we requested were present with no explanation. Their lack of communication and follow-through showed us that we were not valued customers. They might do good work, but make sure that you're important enough for them to care.
