I had an excellent experience with CEOportrait! I wanted a series of professional photos to use for work. I had never going through a photoshoot before, but the entire process was seamless! I initially checked out CEOportrait’s website and saw the variety of options they had available. I sent in an inquiry and I received a quick response from the production manager Kassie. After some back and forth, we agreed on an option and payment. I arrived onsite and met with the photographer Julia. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She guided me through the photoshoot and actively sought my input. A few days after my visit, I received the photos. I was impressed by how well they came out and the quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend CEOportrait to anyone!

I had an amazing experience with CEO Portraits. After researching corporate headshot packages, I found their pricing very reasonable. Especially for the quality of photos they had on their site. I was a bit nervous, as I’ve never had a professional shoot, but went ahead and booked. The process was easy and they responded quickly to all my questions. They also sent a “prep” list before the shoot so I know what to expect and bring, which was very helpful. Once I arrived at the studio for the actual shoot I was welcomed by the makeup artist, Mariana, and photographer, Julia. They were already familiar with my profile and preference. They made me feel completely at home with chill music, and easy conversation. By the time I got infront of the camera, I was completley relaxed and actually able to have fun! Julia guided my poses and carfully adjusted my gaze so we could get the look I wanted. I was shocked when photos arrived just 2 days after the shoot (retouch included) and delighted with the images. I was visiting New York for a few weeks and I wanted to do a photoshoot to prepare new photographs for our company's new website. After searching for top photoshoot studios in NYC and browsing through every gallery on the top 10 search results, only CEOPortrait made it to my shortlist. Their photos showed the subject's personalities. Unlike the other studios' photos, they were not tacky or traditional. I was glad that CEOPortrait exceeded my high expectations! They were very professional and even offered to take a few shots outside even though it wasn't included in my package (I chose to remain within the studio to take a wider variety of shots). Both the make-up artist (I apologize for not catching her name) and Julia were really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my time there. Julia was also great in giving me guidance and direction, while making sure that she took the best shots of myself. I was also able to achieve the desired look on my photos, all thanks to her skilful work. After the photoshoot, they informed me that the photos would take between 7-14 days for editing to be completed -- but they sent me the edited photos in just 48 hours. All of them were perfectly edited and I appreciate the hard work they put in to make this possible. I'd highly encourage anyone and everyone who want to take professional photos to choose CEOPortrait and if I were to do another photoshoot again in NYC, I'd choose them.

I was *dreading* having my photos done and postponed (aka proscratinated) for over a year. I mean, who has time to think about photos when you're busy with work? Well, if you are in this position, just book with CEO Portrait and cross "photos" off your to-do list. They take care of everything (hair, make-up, lighting, studio, photographer, editing, etc.) so it is a very simple and painless process. The shoot took about two hours, including full make-up and hair. The photographer was extremely professional, understood what I wanted, but also used her expertise to get the best possible images. Within a week, I had fully edited and color-corrected photos. And I am really happy this is DONE!

My company and I had a fantastic experience with CEO headshots- from the first communication with William Johnson (WJ) through the photo shoot itself and then the editing phase, all was handled with such professionalism and ease. During our shoot, Julia, the photographer, made everyone feel so comfortable in order to get their best shot. This can be hard during a corporate photo shoot, but she made everyone feel like a real celebrity that day. One of the best and smartest things they did: they had a laptop computer synced with their camera, so we could view our photos in real time and make adjustments to our poses, smiles, etc as they were shooting. After, Julia went through everyone’s individual photo reel, where we favorited photos and picked our best shot. The photo shoot was off-site at a hotel (they will travel to where you are or you can do the shoot in their studio), and during our shoot, the photographers captured a ton of candid photos of our employees, which was really appreciated and so fun to share with everyone. The final edited photos came out great and everyone was so pleased. I highly recommend CEO Headshots and will be using them as we continue to grow and add more employees. Thanks WJ and Julia!

My friends recommended this studio to me and I needed my headshot to be done and get photos in 3days. I tried to texted the number on the website of CEOportait that night. I got reply immediately and booked my appointment. On that day, I was kind of late because of heavy traffic, but they still offer me more than enough time to have my pictures taken. The makeup artist was so great and the photographer Julia was very nice and professional. Thank Kassie's kindly helps , I got the edited photos on the 3rd day. They not only helped me to edit one picture following my request, but also offered me extra retouching pictures and new background pictures as bonus. I did something a few weeks ago I never thought I would do in a million years...a maternity photo shoot. Most women I know (ie. all the ones I’ve known) who’ve been pregnant have been beautiful pregnant goddesses who loved being pregnant and either had wonderfully easy pregnancies or complications that didn’t sour the experience totally for them. I’ve been having a very tough time with some random complications and my self-esteem has been on the floor. For every time I heard that I should be “showing off my baby bump” I was looking in the mirror feeling super heavy and unattractive. I’ve never had a professional photo shoot with my other half - not for our engagement or wedding. Did I regret it? Of course. So when we began the journey to start a family a part of me wanted to document it and another part of me was very scared to be in front of the camera feeling the way I felt. After an almost 5 hour shoot with Ksenia Kolesova and Julia Nar from CEO Headshots I’m SO FREAKIN HAPPY that my hubby and I went through with it. They had someone awesome on hand to do fix my hair and do my makeup, they had some outfits for me to look at, some fun fabrics to play with, they really put me at ease during the shoot with my sad self-esteem monster wanted to come out and they communicated with me before we came in to get a sense of what vibe I was looking for (part of me was like flowery fairytale princess vibes and also modern minimalist black and white shots). I also picked up a fun bright blue lacey dress with a blue flower crown because why not? Lol. Photos were in hand about 1.5 weeks later and I nearly lost my breath. There was some editing and color correction but not only were the shots absolutely beautiful, but I looked like me. Not some weirdo overedited version of me but like a slightly improved version of me that’s actually glowing. I’m so happy we went with this studio and that we got beautiful photos that we can cherish forever and eventually share with our little one when they get older. If anyone is looking for folks to do a shoot with - maternity shoot or not - DO NOT hesitate to work with Ksenia Kolesova and Julia Nar. They are not only super professional but they’re talented AF.
