We decided to interview around anyway to see what else was out there and quickly decided that Natural Touch was the way to go for us with or without the coupon. The biggest deal for us was getting a full DVD with all the pictures (no watermark). It has been amazing having that ever since the wedding. The prints we got were also very well done and the book is beautiful. I'm pretty sure we got the cheapest package and we still walked away with engagement photos, wedding photos, and anniversary photos for cheaper than anyone else's packages. The quality of the pictures were great and Guillermo was very easy to work with. He took wonderful ceremony photos as well as reception pics. He worked well in a crazy changing environment (sunny outside, pouring rain outside, hot and cramped inside etc - it was a dynamic wedding ;p). He took some amazing dogs and kids shots too, which meant a lot to us. I never really noticed him during the wedding and reception, but somehow ended up with pictures of everything I wanted. That's a pretty great quality in a photographer! I recommend him, but convince yourself - interview the other folks and you'll see the difference.

I have never had such bad customer service before until I had to deal with Guillermo very unprofessional and very rude. I was going to be get a photo booth for my wedding and we had emailed back and forth for a few weeks or so . I kept asking him if he did a contract and if so when can he meet . For some reason he kept avoiding the question regarding the contract. My venue had to call Guillermo regarding the space which they did and my venue was going to find the space I let Guillermo know what time I wanted the photo booth to start . Which was 630 so it gave everyone enough time to get there and enjoy the booth . I sent an email asking when I can can stop by to sign a contract and once again he doesn't respond and today 04/28/18 I sent another email letting them know how very disappointed I was and i have never been treated so rude before until now . Yes I get you guys do a ton of wedding but to treat me like that because I'm not spend more then 1k is ridiculous.he didnt have a problem responding to my very last email and for him to say that I didnt ro my part and letting my venue know and letting the photo booth know what's going on is not true at all I keep in contact with my venue all the time and that I dont do my job is just crazy I have kept on top of all of this . The first time I emailed you guys Supposably they forgot to send the email which I think is all bs .

My first impressions were great. We had great photos for our engagement that came out beautiful. But on our wedding day I couldn’t believe the photographers attitude and lack of instruction. He was agitating my bridal party with rude comments he was making in attempt to be funny. He didn’t know the brides family at all, which was apparent when we received the pictures. He literally took only one photo of the bride with her family....ONE! There were more photos of people giving speeches than of me, the bride, walking down the isle (which btw was only 3). I can not describe how this photographer made me feel on my wedding day, but I ignored it because I didn’t want to ruin my day due to his lack of professionalism. At one point one of my guests asked my mom if the photographer was supposed to be socializing with them because he was having conversations with the guests instead of taking pictures. This review doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about my wedding photos. All I know is that I will not print any of them because it upsets me to see that my family wasn’t included in almost any of the pictures. If I didn’t know better It would appear he did it intentionally. I would like to give this photographer zero stars because he ruined the one day I will never get back.

We came across Natural Touch Photography from a David's Bridal promotion. Guillermo, the owner, was the first and last photographer we met with. While we hadn't met with other photographers, we immediately knew he was the right choice. Natural Touch offered us rights to ALL of our pictures, not just selected photos that other photographers would pick and choose for us. This was the most important selling point. Natural Touch offered the best prices for all that was included in their packages. While other photographers gave us the "take it or leave it" approach, Guillermo was friendly, professional and took the time needed to explain what we would need in any photographer. Since we had booked Natural Touch so far in advance, we were able to do 2 Engagement Photo Sessions. All pictures from both sessions turned out AMAZING! When the wedding day came, Chris and Guillermo did an absolutely fantastic job. We honestly cannot say enough good things about both photographers. Guillermo is quick to respond when contacted, whether it be by phone, text, or email. We HIGHLY recommend Natural Touch Photography, as you will get what you pay for...the best!

We met Guillermo, the owner of Natural Touch Photography, by suggestion of our DJ service and I cannot praise him and his services enough. We met with him one evening, about ten months before our wedding, to review the logistics of pricing and his services. We purchased a package that included the photographer for the wedding day, engagement photos, printed albums and a guest signature picture. The engagement session was full of many laughs and jokes out in the Bosque, Guillermo truly captured our personalities in the pictures. On the day of our wedding, he met me at the hotel to take “getting ready” photos with my bridesmaids. He then met us at the chapel and captured amazing candid photos of my reactions to my niece arriving, my nephews waiting, my soon-to-be husband and his party and the first look with my father. He did an amazing job capturing the ceremony with the many laughs, tears and kisses! After the ceremony he worked through the large number of family photos and then captured some amazing photos on the UNM campus of the wedding party. At the third and final location, he worked his way around the room to photograph our guests, he worked in tandem with our DJ and he stole us away to take breathtaking sunset photos. We waited on pins and needles for almost exactly a month for the link of our photos and it was definitely worth the wait! He is the best person to capture people who do not like photos. They did the photography for my wedding in august of 2017 and he did such a great job. My now husband does not like taking photos and every photo he is in is perfect. Not only did the photos come out great but he was a very professional and fun person to have there for my wedding day, including asking if i needed anything before he came to start the photos.
