For the past 10 years, the service at this location has been wonderful! I don’t live near this MVD anymore but returned a few days ago to renew registration and update my address. Ruby and Iriana went far beyond my expectations and were so patient and helpful. No wonder this location has the best ratings in Albuquerque! I’m glad I came back and will always use this MVD location.

Never again at this location. 2 agents with no urgency taking lunch/breaks while there was a long wait. I could expect that from somewhere that doesn't charge the extra fee's for faster service. My last experience here was just as bad. Should have learned my lesson then. Oh well. I've learned now.

I went there today because i moved from Texas to New Mexico and had just also bought a new vehicle. They helped me with EVERYTHING! I went all around town to try and get things done because other places didnt care to take the time to help. I wish i went to this location 1st!! Worth the extra money you have to pay to use their services. promise!

If you just moved to NM, be aware as they’ll issue whatever they want to you. They won’t consider your previous license type and any other information you’ve had previously. I did the homework for the employee in this location to only find out that I am supposed to get a different category/class Driver's license when comparing it to my previously valid license from another state. They literally downgraded my license for no reason! When I demanded adjustments and that they need to fix the problem; “ they told me the system is down ... come back tomorrow”. Very disrespectful, rude and not willing to help! Need to go somewhere else with people that have the experience and the respect to others to figure out this mess. Thanks a lot for your lack of sensitivity and respect!!! My experience with you guys in this location was terrible. I don’t recommend this location at all.

As we all know, anything to do with our bloated government is a nightmare. Running around and taking all day to get a car registered/ title transferred is not how any of us should be spending our time, but with that said; It was Sean and Kristie at the MVD Express on 3410 NM-528, Albuquerque, NM 87114 that were so calm, collected and pleasant I got want I needed done :)

These guys are very helpful and work fast. The place is clean and organized. Since this is a business and charges a small fee for their services most people go to a true MVD instead of this place, so its never very crowded.

Not only could I make an appointment but they had me in and out in 15 minutes and that is with getting a real ID license. They were all super friendly and nice. It is worth the fee to come here.

This location was very nice and respectful. Helpful people, kind responses, and greeted us when we walked through the door. When a person walked in with out the proper documentation, she handed them a paper and highlighted the requirements for them to return with. An all around great experience, would give them 100 stars if I could. After having such a poor experience at another location, coming here and working with the lovely ladies at the desk, definitely turned around my entire outlook on an MVD Express.

Went to this MVD and was disappointed at the way they handled my documents. I didn't know that renewing was going to be so hard for us as citizens, they are asking for too many items that can become a ID theft for those unknowing. You make copies for what reason? If you see that I have them that should be enough.

Took my 1946 Jeep down to get it registered at the Alameda store. I had all the documents in hand title driver's license ETC. Had the vehicle sitting Outside. Showed the agent all the documents and said I'd like to register my vehicle. She said, You'll have to sign up with their vehicle Vin inspection they come out to your house. Yes they do come out to your house but they charge you a 100 bucks. Why didn't the agent come outside and do a Vin inspection? Is this the way they make an extra 100 bucks? When she could have come outside and done it right then. I think this is bad business practices or a real stupid agent. Now I'll have to drive my vehicle somewhere else to do business. You lost a customer since you've opened.

I'm from Espanola and had a problem with my registration sticker and the MVD here in my city was not helpful and employees here are very rude to talk too. So..I tried calling to Santa fe MVD, because I know in Santa fe their employees are friendly, and this is were I'll do my business. Even in Los Alamos is Friendly.. But, I couldn't get thru so..I came a cross this number from this MVD express and I must say the employee I spoke to on the phone was so..helpful and Friendly and explained everything, he accepted my payment and send me a copy of my receipt thru my email also showing my tag/ sticker so, I could carry this in my glove box until I got my sticker by mail. This employee was just what we need here in Espanola and Taos. This 2 places have the most rudest and unfriendliest people, they don't smile they barely talk to you. You could smile and say something nice and your lucky if you get a response or the dirtiest look, unless you know them. Than they'll hire another employee and I guess it rubs off on them or their trained to be rude. Thank you Albuquerque MVD Express For such make my situation a friendly experience.. Obviously the MVD needs to learn from you all how to treat a customer! Thank you you for help you guys are awesome

I went to this location after having a really tough time getting a newly purchased vehicle registered at one of their competitors. In fact I was given such the run around and experienced such bad customer service that i was not optimistic about coming to any MVD servicing location. So it was really nice to have been met with excellent customer service, professionalism and obvious knowledge. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Kudos to the staff and managers because this is where I will take all my future MVD business. They will also get my recommendations to friends and family. Its no wonder they have won the "Best of Albuquerque " award 5 or so years in a row.

Manager girl was terrible at customer service, abrupt and completely unhelpful, Chantel. I brought in a out of state title and a receipt showing tax paid she wanted to fight about if I had paid "State" or "Sales" tax in AZ because the invoice said tax not sales tax. I informed her that sales tax is sales tax and she insisted I was charged a "different" tax, and completely failed to verify or explain what that tax could be. Then she had to email someone for help which took another ten minutes. This manager was uninformed completely unwilling to assist in finding solutions to the issue and more interested in blocking the transaction fo no real reason. Just go to the MVD the service is ten times better.

Disappointed... After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes I was told they did not have a license plate for me and I would have to go to another store a 10-minute drive away....WHAT!!!...I would have done better just going directly to the motor vehicle office

It almost is worth going and waiting in line at the MDV than dealing with the customer service. I was kicked back even before sitting down. At least having the options to discuss my options and alternatives would have been considerate.

I went AGAIN on Saturday. I really don’t know if that young girl was trying to show off for the young man working with her or what? Her performance was epic. She was rude, boy did she know it all.
