Picture poses were terrible, there is a pose with looks like a "floating" rose, a full. They are way over priced for disappointing pictures. The pictures look like an amateur photographer was assigned.

I had my senior pictures taken this morning, and I just wanted to say that Paul did an amazing job! My friend and I both went in nervous because usually school pictures aren't the best, but Paul went above and beyond to make sure that we would be happy with the results. He gave us oil absorbing sheets, access to hairspray, and even taught us a trick using a dryer sheet to get rid of the frizz in our hair. After getting us all set up, he continuously helped us to fix our hair and outfits and make sure that we were in the right pose. This was definitely the best picture taking experience I have had. Thanks Paul!!

Poses are SO outdated. They need to do something more creative with poses for Senior Pictures! I did not purchase a package. This is the 21st Century! Hated my children's photos. I will take them someplace else to re-take their pictures.

I was photographed by Paul and he was so patient and made sure everything was perfect with my clothing and hair. My hair was frizzy today and he even had bounce sheets that I was able to rub on my hair to get rid of them. He showed me the before and after photos and they were amazing! I just got off the phone with customer service and I am beyond angered. I would like to buy my senior portraits being that they turned out good (the only thing I will give them credit for). And there is no way I can buy three different poses for less the $150. I find it crazy that I would be paying $150+ for four 3 1/2 x 5 photos. Once you think you found a plan under $100 they pull out a rule from under the rug saying its not permitted. Its really sad that I won't be able to buy my senior photos because they are too expensive to buy. This really is a discouragement.

They offer professional suggestions and truly want the student and parent to be happy with their photos. Everyone I have spoke to at the studio has been incredibly helpful. We have been working around my daughter getting her braces off and they are helping every step of the way.

What a RIPOFF and unethical. The prices are ridiculously expensive. They also demand the proofs be returned ONLY directly to their store, not to the school. It's another way to get you buy and pay the proofs. People feel paying shipping cost to mail the proofs back to them, why not just buying the proofs instead. Hey ..., they come to schools for their business many many times to take photos, but can not come to schools just one more time to collect the selected yearbook photo and the rest of unwanted proofs!! They close on weekend; only open 9-5 on weekday. They're far in the south and it's a 50-minute drive one way. You have to take time off from work to go to their store. They make returning unwanted proofs so inconvenient. RIPOFF, unethical.

I feel so bad for my senior pictures. I receive my proofs on Dec 16th. But the due date for yearbook is Dec 12. Also the mail I received already be open by the middle of mail and they do not send my CAP GOWN pose! Also the yellow card I received also be break. I don't know why. All my other mail are perfect new.

Got the senior pictures sample and the smile is so bad that they should have fixed it on the spot. Totally not acceptable.
