They have sent damaged pictures, and upon request for undamaged photos they sent the same damaged work. They got the background wrong, and the whole experience has been awful for several years. There must be better companies for school pictures.

They tried to make a girl with cancer take off her hat for a picture and she didn’t want to because chemo had taken some of her hair, and these terrible people wouldn’t take her picture. Absolutely disgusting

My daughter's photo was terrible. She was hunched over and the photographer, ha, told her to tilt her head down because of here glasses. One eye is covered by the rim of her glasses the other is above the rim of the glasses. And the photographer didn't even bother to look at the picture before sending my kiddo off. I had to email to complain because they don't answer their phone! I got the response that they train their employees to not comment or make adjustments to the student's appearance so they feel comfortable and parents are encouraged to volunteer so they can make the adjustments. Well then, why have a company photograph students at all. I'll take a picture at home turn it into the school for yearbook, that is better than this company and send it to shutterfly to print.

Needed a code to order one 8x10 for a local high school and was transferred to the Philippines!! I just hung up after trying to spell out ALBUQUERQUE for the hundredth time! The school definitely needs to consider going with a local vendor!

My highschool took pictures on Sept 14th and I didn't get any pictures day ID code until three days ago. They won't pick up the phone or return my call, I can't order or even see my school pictures because apparently the ID code only lasts two weeks. How was I supposed to ever see them when they sent out the mail 3 weeks late.

Most people give bad reviews and do not put out praises, well I want to thank Shawn and the Lifetouch team. I had written a check and sent it out to the school, somewhere in between the check was lost. I am not sure if the school or lifetouch was at fault but hey life happens. I was contacting them to see how I get my child's 8th grade pictures and Shawn was very apologetic and helpful. He got to the bottom of the situation and even upgraded our package free of charge, which was not necessary but much appreciated. Thank you! Next up highschool pictures!

Unfortunately, Google won't allow me to give 0 stars. This company makes you almost literally jump through rings of fire to get any information or order photos if you don't get the ID and code through the school. It took over three weeks to get a hold of anyone, and once we did, they were rude and asked the "privacy questions" several times. I do not ever complain, especially write negative reviews. But this company is flat out ridiculous.

I will not be buying school photos anymore if this is the photographer they choose to use. Very disappointed. Ordered my kids pictures online and when they got home they said they didn't take their pictures because they didn't have the packet. When on the packet it says clearly "order online just send your child to school with their best smile" woke up early to get her all dolled up to be disappointed that they didn't take her pictures. I will just take them else where from now on to do their pictures.

If my granddaughter had not personally handed me her Lifetouch photo, I would not have even known who the girl in the photo was. Terrible quality, and she made the mistake of paying cash. Lifetouch refused to give her change, and still owes her $12.40. Lifetouch refused to allow her to even review her photos so she could choose, as she has done in the past. It's hard to believe there were worse photographs than the one they foisted on her. Furthermore, she kept asking the photographer to stop touching her, but he didn't listen and continued to put his hands on her. Shameful. Why are these people still in business?

I was part of my church getting a pictorial directory made and ordered extra pictures. Well, they did not tell me that my pictures were going to arrive by UPS, they did not tell me that there was a COD fee involved, and they did not tell me that I had to pay the remaining balance plus the COD fee in a cashier's check or money order to the UPS carrier. Needless to say, I don't have my pictures. When I called the office about it, they were so rude!!! They did not care. Horrible customer service!

I had no negative experiences with them up until this year when it had been about 2 months since my daughter's picture day I called about 7 times left messages, finally called customer service and not one person would I spoke to could give me an answer as to where her proofs were...they kept telling me someone would call me back from the local office. Btw no one ever did! It wasn't until I received a phone call from the school stating that they had lost the entire school's pictures and needed to have another picture day that I knew what had happened...very unprofessional

My daughter was given the wrong name on her proofs she brought home, no big deal right? So I call the company to see if they can put her name on HER picture and they proceed to fix it. Ok. So I log in with them on the phone to make sure, because clearly I don't trust them, and a little BOY pops up. So I proceed to tell him that once again that is not my child. Over a 45 minute conversation I got nowhere. This is the worst company ever. Not to mention you call and everyone you talk to is over seas. Not cool when I am having a hard time trying to figure out what is being said.... fast forward to the next day. I call because my son didn't bring home proofs. I asked his teacher and she stated that he did take his pictures because the photographer asked her to fix his shirt. Well Lifetouch proceeds to tell me they don't have anyone with that name and I describe what he was wearing and they still can find him. This is my son's first year of school and it was definitely a milestone for me to remember.....well now I can't, thanks Lifetouch......WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT!

They should get negative reviews! They spelled my daughter's name wrong on her ID. The teacher told her to make her parents call the company. And I did. They never pick up the phone. First it said wait time is 10 mins and then jumped up to 45. I waited. Once it was 20 mins it went to 35. SO AGGRAVATING! They never pick up. How do I get her name corrected?

In the eighties all my school portraits were taken with my glasses on with no trouble. Sure.y in 2018 the same can still be done. The only time you take your glasses off for a portrait is for a driver's license. Otherwise, we all want a memory from that point in time. Right?
