They have sent damaged pictures, and upon request for undamaged photos they sent the same damaged work. They got the background wrong, and the whole experience has been awful for several years. There must be better companies for school pictures.

My highschool took pictures on Sept 14th and I didn't get any pictures day ID code until three days ago. They won't pick up the phone or return my call, I can't order or even see my school pictures because apparently the ID code only lasts two weeks. How was I supposed to ever see them when they sent out the mail 3 weeks late.

This company does not even deserve 1 star!! Super expensive for prices per photo! Such a rip off, Terrible angles and bad poses the photographer put u in.. The customer service sucks!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Not only have they messed up school photos, but they were the chosen photographer for our daughter's first communion, and they came back with an answer of "due to equipment issues, all of the photos available are online". There's not a single one of our daughter, nor are any of the family pics. Congratulations, LifeTouch, you have blown a once in a lifetime event, not to mention any revenue you'd have from the event. I will do everything within my power to ensure you never shoot another event in which we are involved, nor will we ever buy school pictures again.

No one will call me back about photos I have YET to receive from FIVE months ago with our little girls soccer team. It’s unprofessional. We paid up front and no one will respond to emails to call me back.

I'm waiting on school photos from months ago. I paid for order in advance & on day of pictures the photographer didn't adhere to my order instructions nor the selection I paid for. Waiting on Retakes which means I must pay for hair & time to style my daughter yet again

The people that work at the main location where friendly , yet the company it self is horrible. ZERO customer service.. I thought they where in the business to sell senior photos . It was a generic assembly line!!! No wonder more than half of the seniors get their photos taken some where else. And they tell you to bring multi outfits.. Don't bother you are not allow to change but once and if you do you have to pay more and they might not have time for that!!!! DORCHESTER 2 NEED TO GET A NEW COMPANY TO DO THEIR PICTURE.. They are of poor quitly

Such a horrible company. After weeks of the school and myself trying to get in contact with someone here, I got a two word response. "What school?" That's after all the information was literally, spelled out for her! I still don't have my daughters kindergarten pictures and I'm out $35.

This place took pictures at my daughter's daycare. They not only spelled her name wrong, but looks like they plopped her on a pillow and took a picture. I get it can be hard to get babies to smile, but it looks like no attempt was made. We're only buying the cheapest package by default so we have some type of formal Christmas pictures.

Can anybody actually get a hold of these people? And, when you finally make contact were they able to answer your question? If schools weren't funneling students to this studio nobody would independently select it. Just horrible customer service!

Easy check in smooth taking pictures. But to get ahold of these people in Columbus is ridiculous. They never answer there found their mailbox is always full I had to call corporate corporate called and they never could get through. I live too far away to go to the place to even check to confirm my daughter's time for her photographs I told the manager. He acted like I really could care less. So hopefully her pictures will turn out OK. The photographers were great. Things ran smoothly in the back. It's the front desk part that are awful.

I hope our school NEVER use this company again!!!! I would given them no stars but that was not an option. They sent my check to collections BEFORE contacting me and proceeded to tell me that I have insufficient funds. I have never I'm my life been sent to collection for ANYTHING!! I spent 2+ hours trying to fix Life touches screw up AND GOT NO WHERE! I think I will stick to MY PROFESSIONAL photographer from now own!!!

No wonder this company has to have schools sign a contract. They screw up so much that nobody would use them again. They screwed up both the fall and spring photos of my girls school photos. They said that they would take my girls picture together, which they did eventually, but they didn’t tell me that we were not able to pick the background. The fall pictures they actually told the admin that if the girls were done together their heads would be cut off. When they finally did the picture of them together they chose the background and said that they couldn’t use the one we chose. I told them to give me my money back. They said they would. I wasn’t going to give them the pictures until I got my money because I wasn’t taking a chance that I would get it back and I was right. They didn’t get the pictures back either. The spring pictures my girls wanted so I gave them another chance. That was a mistake as they again chose the back ground for the two of them together and the girls were not centered so one of them will more then likely lose a hand behind the frame. There does not seem to be any quality control in the place. They even sent our school boxes of photos that belonged to another school from a different state. I am going to buy a camera and practice over the summer just so I won’t have to use this company for our yearly school photos ever again. I will give the school the photo they need for the yearbook. This place is a joke.

They should get negative reviews! They spelled my daughter's name wrong on her ID. The teacher told her to make her parents call the company. And I did. They never pick up the phone. First it said wait time is 10 mins and then jumped up to 45. I waited. Once it was 20 mins it went to 35. SO AGGRAVATING! They never pick up. How do I get her name corrected?

they yelled at my daughter for not having some ticket and then told her to 'look prettier'....she started to cry and fears her pics will not look nice....so do not want to pre order until we can see a proof...not sure if they order re-takes.

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE! I wish I had read them before going here. Go somewhere else to take your senior pictures. My son took his senior pictures here and the picture that has to go in the yearbook has to be retaken because I was told the way the lighting was in the room. An employee told me that when I seen her outside of this office. She said they were close until their next appointment which was much later so I couldn’t wait. I have been trying to reach them for over a week by phone which I left a voicemail, I emailed them, and I went twice to the office and it was closed both times. This is poor customer service especially since we have already paid for the session time. When you’re there the staff is nice, but I see now once you’re gone it’s impossible to reach them. Had I known this I would’ve went somewhere else. I don’t see why the photographer didn’t see the light issue when she was taking the picture. I wouldn’t give them any stars for their lack of concerns, poor customer service, and no communication from this place.
