I have an autistic toddler and the photographer could not get great shots of my 3 children in a group... which was the reason I went there in the first place. I wanted a group shot of my children and Christmas cards. Honestly...the photographer was not completely to blame, my disabled child does not sit still and he shuts down and has melt downs pretty easily...it requires a lot of knowledge and patience to work with him and time I do not think we had that night. I was becoming frustrated because we were just not getting great images of my autistic son and he shut down with all the commotion refusing to look up at the camera again...I do have to give credit where its due and say the photographer was absolutely amazing with my 8yr old daughter. He complimented her on her patience and good behavior...and had my 1yr old laughing and smiling in every picture. I originally left a bad review because unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with my pictures and picked out what I thought were the most decent ones. I was pretty upset and expressed this to the corporate office. A manager called me the next day to offer a re-shoot or rectify the situation...I have to say customer service is great. Totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I have to say I always thought of Glamour Shots as cheesy and so 80’s BUT a patient of mine suggested I go because I needed work pictures. I just spent the last 3 hours with the team of the Freehold store, photographer Rob and my new friend Jasmine Lorena hair/make-up. Both Rob and Jasmine made me feel so super comfortable and easy to pose. Who ever knows me, knows how uncomfortable I am taking pics and how much I actually hate taking them but I have to say these came out great! Thank you Jasmine and Rob so much, I will recommend you guys to everyone!

We had a great experience at Glamour Shots. Our kids do not sit still for very long and the photographer was really patient with us and our kids and made sure she got all of the shots we wanted. When we saw the finished photos we were blown away how great they came out. We ordered a few canvas prints and so many people compliment us on the photos when they walk into our living room. I would like to see more creative shots, not just your standard poses. As an amateur photographer and graphic designer, I had my hopes high that I would experience professional/creative pictures that I am not capable of taking on my own or at any other cheeper places that take pictures, but rather with a quality that exceeds the others as I had thought Glamour Shots to be. I should have been more specific but nonetheless I am very happy with the quality and clarity of the pictures that we chose. I was exceptionally impressed with how much patience the photographer had with my daughter (4 month old), he was great at getting her attention and keeping her involved even when she was being difficult. The entire staff was very warm, pleasant and a real pleasure to work with. They treated us very kindly from the booking to the hair/makeup, to the actual photoshoot, to helping us pick through the pictures after, and the customer service working to please us on the phone... they showed a personal interest in our satisfaction, making this a pleasant experience overall. Thank you for not making this family photoshoot overwhelming as my friends has warned me it would be ;) Thank you for spreading smiles and creating lasting memories of the people we love.

This is your typical commercial one-size-fits-all photography "studio." Their final product wasn't anything spectacular, and seems to follow the same conventions and tastes that were kitschy and popular about 10 or 15 years ago, but still somehow managed to sell in huge numbers for some reason. In all honesty, after seeing their final product, which includes portraits for different occasions, I don't really see anything that would stand out and command the fees they charge. Some of their most popular offerings include things like selective color or black-and-white photographs, typical glamour poses, and standard backgrounds and props. If I were to make a personal recommendation, I would say to save your money and hire an independent photographer who knows his or her craft, and who would be willing to take you're needed photographs Outdoors or in a place of your choosing outside of the typical Studio setup. Unfortunately, a lot of school districts force you to use their services as part of their standard senior or graduation packages. Again, if there's a way you can opt for using an independent, private photographer, I would definitely go with that option.

I am so glad Glamour Shots was the studio of choice to do my sons senior pictures. Basically the best studio El Paso has! I brought my daughter for her pictures 3 years ago and the service has always been fantastic. The owner and her staff are wonderful and make sure your needs are accommodated. I am actually surprised by the previous reviews. Some of these people sound like they want a freebie. The quality Glamour Shots provides is above any where else in El Paso.

Hanks high school had seniors take their pictures here, horrible idea. They charged an extra $30 for us to view and pick the actual picture for the yearbook. In total $45 for a picture we're not going to get, seriously? Good job Hanks....

We took my daughters graduation pictures there. Everything went fine everyone was very nice but when reviewing the pictures we noticed ( the lady that put packages together and myself) my daughters hair had a bump on it obviously got missed up when changing into her outfits. She said they could do a touch up on the photos that needed it. They called me to pick up my photos. When looking over the photos the bumped on my daughters head was still there and pretty noticeable. I asked to speak to the manager. I did express I was not happy with the way they came out and the bumped was still there. I actually was not that worry I really thought it can get fixed. She asked me to walk to the back so can see what happen as she as looked over the portraits she says " Oh I see what happen whoever did her hair did a poor job doing it oh what a poor job." "If our hairstylist would have done it she would have make out beautiful." "your daughter is so pretty but what a poor job" I thought really do you need to be insulting. I did tell her" no her hair did not get done here but her photographer should have noticed her hair and asked her to go back to her dressing room to fix it." She said she would "rush" for the changes to be made not to call her she would call me in week. Its been two weeks going on three and no pictures. I did stop by to ask about my photos but there was no real concern from the manager she just said their not here yet. She didn't know when they will get there no real concern. I am insulted and disappointment that she would suggest I would not have put time and effort in my daughters day. I paid for hair, makeup took the time picking out the right dress and shoes what mom doesn't do that. It was a special day to see my daughter take her graduation pictures and pretty emotional. Her invitations are here but no photos. I don't know wants going to happen since no one has called from glamour shots to assure me they are working on it but like I said its been three weeks. Three hundred and something dollars later nothing I'm very unhappy with them.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The customer service is fantastic. The best customer service I have ever received in the city of El Paso. The quality of the pictures were amazing and they do not force you to buy anything. Its hard not to spend a lot of money though because all of my pictures have come out wonderful. I have done my senior pictures, family pictures and my children's pictures there and I have always been overwhelmed with joy on how well they have come out. keep up the great work!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My son missed having his senior pictures placed in the Eastwood HS school yearbook because they did not return a phone call. I called several times on October 29 and left voicemails and never heard back. I as a parent was NEVER TOLD BY ANYONE ABOUT A DEADLINE!!!! Even if that was the case, I should have gotten a call back from them in which I did not. Then I called to follow up today and I was told of an October 31 deadline. HOW COME NOBODY CONTACTS CUSTOMERS! Your company ruined a special lifetime moment.

Let me start by saying that I a senior citizen. I just wanted a nice head shot as I celebrate a Big birthday. I chose Glamour Shots because they provided makeup services and retouching which made me feel that I would look good. I was told to bring 4 outfits. The photo session was about 1 1/2 hours. The photographer took took many poses. I wasn't satisfied at first, but they worked with me until I was totally happy. The photo session is reasonable but additional poses, collages and special effects can be expensive. I liked the photographer and makeup person. They were friendly and helpful.

I went there a week ago to try the glamour shots, I always want to see what they do. I'm glad I went, the 2 ladies they were so good. One of them puts your makeup and the other fix you up and take different pictures poses. I went 2 days ago to pick up my pictures and I was so happy to see how pretty they fix me up. I will recommend for anybody to try this. I was there for couple of hours and I enjoyed every minute. The owner is also very nice and he will work with you to choose the pictures. Frances.

Went in for business shots, didn't want to bring 3 outfits but man was I surprised when every shot came out great Robert Bonnet was amazing with me and posed me every step of the way, Honestly was kinda nervous when it came to posing but he had everything down! This business was contracted to take photos for PHHS. The person who took the photos needs to be fired. Apparently, doing their job to the best of their ability is clicking the camera shutter as soon as a student steps up to the photo backdrop. No direction, no warning. Just click and next. Laughable “photography” business.

We had a great experience at Glamour Shots Freehold. The photographer was great with my kids and made them feel very comfortable as well as the makeover specialist. We never felt rushed. The quality prints you get and the amount of photos they take, you'll never get elsewhere. Only complaint is that their prices are high if you want digital prints.

We purchased the Groupon promotion package and all are exactly as stated - no extra charge. You have to call in advance for an appointment. They require $20 in case of cancellation or no show but this gets refunded back to you on the day you take the photos. My husband and I went for our photo-shoot today. The staff greeted us right when we got there. Courtney, the makeup artist and hair stylist did an amazing job. Kim who helped us with booking the groupon package was very nice and friendly. We knew that taking photos can be quite awkward especially with so many different types of poses but Rob, the photographer was super nice, polite and professional - we felt at ease and had a great time. After the photo session, we sat down with Nicole who provided us with the many different type of packages they offered. We really liked the collage package - unfortunately, it was way over our budget and we ended up not getting it. Given that we were on a tight budget since we just moved, she offered us packages that were a lot less but manageable - we ended up purchasing the 3 pose package. Since we had a lot of photos to choose from and most were great, she was helpful and suggested some of her thoughts on which looked best. Overall, we had a good experience - thank you Glamour Shots @ Freehold Mall! Friendly staff and great quality photos!

Ordered high school pictures in August / September 2018 for my daughter at Pebble Hills HS. Still have not recieved an email or a call...let alone my pictures. I called in October inquiring about my order...and customization I ordered was the cause for delay. I spoke to a secretary or something but not a single manager returned my call. By far THEE WORST photography business I have ever dealt with - and my daughter has been to 8 schools in her life. At this point I'm going to call one more time to ask about my daughter's pictures. For a company that provides a service for people to preserve memories - I'm surely going to miss out on my daughter's Sophomore year pictures due to their lack of customer service, courtesy and care. I wish I could jack a star from someone else's 5 or 4 star rating. They by default get 1 at least.

I had a great experience at the Glamour Shots in Freehold Raceway Mall. Pictures came out amazing, my family and I chose to go with the canvas wall portrait which is hanging in my living room and gets tons of compliments. I would recommend anyone going to Glamour Shots to get quality portraits for any occasion.

Good place to get your photos done and my pictures came out really nice. They wanted to keep one of my pictures on the wall for I was told "about a month", it has already been up for more than two months and they never contacted me to pick it up. I just made a phone call today and they said it is still on the wall I can come pick it up anytime. I am really upset as they did something completely different than what I was promised. I would have appreciated if they called me and asked if they can keep it for a longer time. Keep an eye on these things when you go there.

Had a Great Photo Shoot! I can honestly say I HATE getting photos taken but when I sat down and got to review my pictures I was shocked. I have never seen my self look so beautiful! Shannon made me look like a super model with the hair and makeup. She knew exactly what to do without me having to ask. Mind you I am very picky about how my makeup and hair is done. Rob the photographer knew exactly how to pose me !(THANK GOD because I was online searching for poses) I didn't even have to show him the poses I saved on my phone for reverence. The staff makes you feel super comfortable which was a plus because when I came in I was a bit nervous! Lastly a Sweet woman named Jazz helped fit me into a package which suited me best! Very pleased with the service and they way my photos turned out! I will definitely do this again and its a great gift!

Hooorrible experience! It cost me almost 600 bucks and all I've got to show for it is 2 printed pics with a rather shady quality and a cd with a "low resolution quality" which means that it's so awful, that I can't even print small size pictures or post them anywhere! The photographer was clueless, she didn't even know how to use the light properly or how to direct her model during the shoot. Out of 100 pictures I can hardly find 5 that are decent. This place is a complete rip off. In the end of the shoot I was presented with an outrages bill filled with additional and hidden fees, that any reputable establishment would not have at all or would have disclosed before the shoot began.

More importantly, I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. I was greeted promptly by Gabrielle, the hair and makeup artist. She did an amazing job. She listed to my ideas and made them happen. The photographer, Rob, was phenomenal. He was sweet, funny, and professional. My pictures are stunning and I couldn’t be happier. Cara was the presenter. She sat back and let me enjoy my photos while occasionally commenting on her favorite poses. She’s the epitome of what a sales person should be. I felt no pressure at all. In fact, I left feeling excited and beautiful. Thank You Glamour Shot Staff!

It had been a few years since I had photos professionally taken and decided it was time for new ones. I came across a Groupon offer and I decided to make an appointment. I brought 3 outfits with me as suggested -- T-shirt and jeans, long sleeve shirt and khakis, suit & tie. The photographer, whose name was Kim, took about a dozen shots with each outfit. Kim was terrific -- relaxed and easy to pose for. In the end I had a hard time choosing the "keepers", because there were so many great photos to choose from. I strongly recommend this shop for anyone needing print or online photos.
