My kids had all their elementary photos taken by the Grondins. We were always sent proofs before we had to pick out a package. If I had an issue, they were very responsive and willing to fix the problem. I always knew they were good, but didn't realize what a treasure this studio truly is until my daughter's Middle School picture day. The Middle School uses a different photography studio. Unfortunately, that studio doesn't believe in proofs, taking more than one photo, or making the experience special for a child. I never had an awful school picture of my child until this year. The worst Grondin photo (which was retaken) was much better than this year's photo, which shows a clearly upset child. Thank you for all the great photos of my two children over the years! Wish you took the pictures for the Middle School and High School. We miss you!
