We were so pleased with our whole experience working with them. From our first meeting to our engagement session and then wedding day photos. They were very prompt with our sneak peek photos and 21 day turn around. They have an ability to take the most creative pictures. I really enjoyed getting to know them throughout this process. I can't say enough wonderful things about Octa and Tia, both as photographers and as people. It is clear that they both love their career and the art of photography. I especially enjoyed when one or both of them would geek out a little bit and get excited about a shot, or an idea that they had. We wanted some photos at our wedding of us playing volleyball in our formal wear, and Tia started to giggle, then told us to hold the ball between our heads. It was so silly, but the photos are actually adorable! They were incredibly flexible with our engagement photos as we had to reschedule last minute not once, but twice due to family emergencies. During the shoot they took the time to get to know us and our style. On the day of our wedding they arrived promptly on time, and quickly got to work photographing the people, the location, the decorations, and every moment. We told them that we weren't too interested in formal portraits, but wanted our wedding photographs to tell our story. Looking through them I remember the people, the places, but also the emotions, feelings, and excitement of the day. We couldn't be happier with our choice of photographers and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in New England.

We had a great experience with Stovila Photography as our wedding photographers! Octa and Tia were a joy to work with and they take fantastic photos (I am a professional photographer myself, so you can take my word for it). I particularly like their editing style and their composition and they're always getting really interesting shots and angles. Their edits are stylish and modern, but they're evergreen and will look great until your 50th Anniversary. You'll find yourself surprised, when looking at your photos less than a month after your wedding, that they got certain shot; my wife and I kept saying, wow, I didn't even know they were there! I would recommend having a game plan before your wedding by listing who you would like to have shot as that gets chaotic and I had forgotten to do that. I should also mention that Stovila gives you A LOT of photos - all really great - and they won't charge you to actually keep the photos you paid for unlike some other wedding photographers we researched. They got excellent coverage and it was really nice to actually get a full scope of the wedding that we spent so much time and money to plan. Hire them, we have no regrets about it! They took lovely engagement photos too!

Octa and Tia are hands down the best photographers we could have had for our wedding. We were married on 12/1/18 at Birch Wood Vineyards and from the moment we booked with them it was perfect. They know how to work with people who have no clue how to take a picture without laughing like my husband and I. We felt so comfortable for our engagement session and helped us loosen up for the wedding. At the wedding, they captured all the moments and more that we didn't even get to see ourselves. Not only that, they have great personalities and we're great to work with with a rowdy bunch of friends. We choose to do an open bar, and they caught the fun of the night without missing a beat. Awesome husband and wife team who capture the greatest moments of our wedding and our special bond during the engagement session and wedding. When we first work with Octa and Tia at our engagement session, they did great making us feel comfortable and ease our nerves during a public picture taking. They tell us when we look awkward and they tell us to act/pose as if no one is around ( to make sure that they can capture our bond and our usual selves). They made our wedding photography easy and they coordinated well with our families and bridal party. This husband and wife team are great and friendly!
