Samantha Allen Photography has not delivered our wedding album. We approved a a final draft of the album on July 6, 2016, which at the time of this writing was over 9 months ago. But we have not heard from Samantha Allen since, despite multiple attempt to reach her by phone, text message, and email. We paid in full prior to our wedding in September 2015 (18 months ago). It seems this is not an isolated incident, either. We have been in touch with other people who told us of a similar experience. Despite actively maintaining a Facebook business page, Samantha Allen Photography does not appear as a registered business in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
