The work is fine, they are a bit pricey but that is neither here nor there. The framing is great and it looks lovely BUT they are not dependable when it comes to meeting timelines and that is a big problem. I dropped off a piece for an organization over a month ago, I wanted the shop to have plenty of time to complete the framing; I informed them of the date that I needed the piece by so it could be presented at a meeting. I went to pick it up 3 days after it was due to be completed and it was not done. I had gone to get it at a time when I was already going to be in Concord (a half hour drive for me) and was told it was not done. The woman called someone who came in and completed the frame job for me but I had to go back later in the day. I had work to do so had to drive home wait for their call and then drive a half hour each way again to pick up the framing that should have been completed three days earlier and then fight downtown Concords parking and traffic for a second time. When I expressed how irritated I was at this situation it was clear that she did not care. I have three more pieces of art that need framing and I will be taking them to another frame shop.
