First let me start by saying as a hairdresser , I know about great customer service. While I was pregnant I had a ton of clients tell me they wished that they had invested in great baby pictures. I started looking around, and some beautiful prints in my labor and delivery class spoke to me. This is what they were talking about! Gorgeous canvas prints, adorable themes, and even cuter babies. I found out that they were from Pixel Perfect. I have to admit that I did have some sticker shock! I am using a payment plan, and am billed every month (I chose a 2 year option). My daughter's 1st birthday photo-shoot was last month, and after a year of pictures I can see why this is not cheap! At my daughter's newborn shoot, Gail spent 4 hours setting up, taking pictures, allowing time for costume changes, and bottles. Gail was so sweet and gentle with our baby. The 3 month pictures also went so well! 6, 9, and 12 month shoots were something! The way that my daughter was acting, I thought I wouldn't have a single good picture! Talk about panic! Gail stayed calm, even stopped to have baby take a nap, or have a snack to make her happy. She took a ton of time with us, and it was greatly appreciated. What a relief when I viewed the pictures! I have tons of beautiful pictures from all of the sessions! The quality of my prints, frames, and other items have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are gorgeous! And I have my beautiful canvas print! I display a brag book at my salon, and people go nuts over it! I get a disk with the photos from every session too! I am able to use them on social media, printing, and some other projects! Very convenient! Right now we are working on a art book of my daughter's year of photos with Pixel. Dom is a great guy. I looked forward to seeing him at viewings. There is a lot of laughing with him! We have fun! He helped me pick a package based on my needs, and helped me figure out the payments. It was super easy, and he made sure I understood everything. Overall, this was a great experience for my family! Worth every penny! The care and detail that goes into everything is amazing! I felt very deceived by Dom, the pricing, and their business model here. My wife and I only wanted newborn photos, but after Dom had told us that was fine on the phone, and there were plenty of packages… he told us it would be NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS to purchase them after they were taken. OR we could sign a year long contract for 3 thousand dollars. Gail does take great pictures but dealing with Dom I found to be very difficult, and unpleasant. I feel as if they use the emotions of new parents to their advantage in getting you to sign a contract for the year. All in all I was very unhappy and would not recommend this place, unless you plan on spending thousands and thousands of dollars.

Pixel Perfect is a wonderful place to bring your children to have their photos taken!!! I have 4 children including twins. I love all of the photos I purchased. Gail really took the time with the kids to get wonderful photos. I never felt rushed and the children all loved the experience. a couple of sessions I was even able to reschedule due to fussy children (as often happens you can't predict when they are going to have a bad day). We live on a tight budget and the payment plan available made it very easy for me to get all the wall portraits and photo albums I wanted. Dom always took the time to go over all the photos and make sure we got just the right poses for what we were looking for. I always recommend Pixel Perfect to all my friends having children they are wonderful!!!
