My husband and I got married on New Year's Eve 2013 and booked Lane Photography. They went above and beyond our expectations. They knew exactly what we wanted. We got married in Stoneham at St. Patricks church and our reception was at Cafe Escadrille. Dave came to Cafe Escadrille early in the afternoon to cover everything. After a few hours he went to Wakefield to see my soon to be husband. Many pictures later we where at the church. I could not tell at the time (because it was my wedding) Dave was everywhere. Taking pictures from all angles and locations, during and after the ceremony. It was amazing. It was really great because we gave him control and he did not disappoint. He took us to downtown Winchester and the results where just stunning. Not to mention all the work he did after at the reception. He was scheduled to stay until 9pm and it being a New Year's Eve wedding we had the reception extended until 1230 am. Dave stayed well past his scheduled time without even being asked too. He surprised my husband and I with a beautiful canvas picture to hang In our home. I would highly recommend Dave for your special day. His work is so beautiful. My husband, Derek, and I booked David Lane for our wedding date - September 7, 2013 at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH -and he surpassed ALL of our expectations and wishes with his photography for our wedding. David made us feel comfortable and confident that everything we wanted from our wedding photos, we would have and more. When David met Derek and I, he made sure to understand who we were and what we really wanted with our photos. He listened to us talk about our wants and desires for our photos, the must-haves and the not-so-important pictures. He helped us understand how to get the most of our photos, with very helpful planning tools and updated timeline for our wedding day, which helped us plan who needed to be where and what time they needed to be there! This made our wedding day flow much more fluidly than I ever thought it would, which saved Derek and I an enormous amount of stress! He guided us along the way to ensure our photos and our experiences on our wedding day were stress-free and flawless as they could be. He has a keen eye for detail and use of background, lighting and giving the right instructions to get the exact pose or body position that he was looking for. He provided us with time prior to the wedding for the "getting ready" photos and "first look" photos, which was one of the crucial factors that Derek and I had wanted in our wedding photographer, providing us with so many amazing pictures from various locations around the hotel property. Throughout the day/night, David captured managed to capture every moment, with photos taken from different angles and with impeccable timing – catching a look shared between Derek and I, the expressions on the faces of our parents, a moment of perfect lighting on our faces… and so much more!! The pictures allow us to relive the magic of our wedding day over and over… David Lane provided us a gift that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
