I also came by here yesterday and liked it well enough. They do a good job and while I know it is easy to criticize other people it is better to praise them. I like coming to Kinkos shops and feel at home in them all over the country. This is a good one and I am glad to have found it, yeah !

I had been waiting in line for at least 10 minutes behind a couple also waiting to be serviced. When I initially walked in, the clerk was busy assisting another customer. She still turned to acknowledge me & thanked us for our patience. Since I had been waiting for quite some time, I decided to look in the accessories area when another customer walked in. At this point, I went back in line but he had already positioned himself ahead of me. We continue to wait as she is finally able to help the couple who was ahead of me. When my turn is up, the gentleman who walked in after me proceeds to the counter & as I speak up he says he’s here to pick up. The clerk made direct eye contact with me, knowing full & well I had been there waiting for an extended period of time & continues to help the customer who had come in after me. I left, there was no apology, no asking if I would just wait a bit longer for her to quickly help the pick-up, nothing. Horrible customer service.

Very poor delivery service. When I have a shipment with fedex, I always do not get on time because truck drivers are not willing to knock the door or use the bell so that I can get out and get the shipping. Very unsatisfied with fedex service.

Chris the manager is Great! I was an out-of-town vendor at a conference and my handouts did not arrive by mail for my booth. Just before they closed Chris made sure I was taken care of and even helped me find the most economical options. I only wish Chris managed the store where I live!

I came in with a box to return to Bed Bath and Beyond They insisted that the box was defective requiring me to buy a new box. The next gentleman that came in got hit by the same scam. There was nothing wrong with either box. They were rude

I've always been greeted promptly and courteously. I'm kind of a regular in there now and I've always been kind. I don't know if treating people the way you want to be treated comes in to play there but I like their customer service.

Terrible service. I went in this morning and asked if I could download, sign, and scan for e-mail some time-sensitive documents. I was told that yes I could, provided I had a flash drive. I said I would go home and get one, so they knew I intended to make a second trip to get this done. When I returned, the wifi didn't work. I stood in line to ask about the wifi while the employee chatted away about completely non-work related matters with another customer despite knowing I was in line. She said the wifi never works and actually sent me to the coffee shop a few stores down. The coffee shop didn't want me using their wifi without buying coffee. To recap: they let me make a second trip knowing I wouldn't be able to do what I needed to do, they made me wait in line longer than necessary because the employee wanted to socialize, they expect the coffee shop to provide a service they claim to provide, and I was unable to complete an important, time-sensitive task they assured me I would be able to complete there. Thank goodness for Grand Forks Public Library.

While we didn’t actually do business with this particular FedEx store, my wife and I were greeted and eagerly assisted by a gentleman named Brian. We had foolishly gotten very far from our room rental late this evening and with the sun going down and some seemingly unsavory characters slinking about we were trying to get a ride from an Uber. Our first attempt ended with our driver never showing. Our phones were far too short on battery to attempt again and the long dark walk back seemed too daunting. We went into the FedEx store and told Brian of our situation. He got us a phone charger and happily waited patiently for us to be rescued by another Uber. My wife and I are deeply grateful to you Brian and will always remember the evening a friendly FedEx employee eagerly helped two thoughtless Okies get rescued. Thank you Brian for your willingness to help. I hope your actions are rewarded.

Attempted to ship a package to Germany using the standard German postal code for the town. Was told by Bethany that it wasn't a valid code 3 times. Went home and did it online in less than 1 minute with the same code. Package is now one day late and a 70 minute round trip drive wasted. I wish they'd train their employees to do their job.

I was beside myself when my .doc document was skewed - would not show the correct font on the funeral program I was wanting to print. The woman at the counter knew exactly what needed to do - change the document at home to a PDF file. And voila! It came out beautifully. Many thanks to such a knowledgeable staff member! She was kind, courteous, and patient!

Staff was friendly and helpful to myself and everyone in the store. Even had me cut ahead of the lady in front of me who was shipping a large number of items while I was simply picking up a delivery.

Sorely understaffed and what staff there is moves extremely slow, the lines are long and it is torturous to go here almost every time. It's like going to the Post Office or the DMV. Even though it's located in my neighborhood, I avoid this Fed Ex as much as possible.

I agree with the previous reviewers. The service is incredibly poor. The personal are poorly trained but are adept at maintaining a very arrogant attitude. Apparently the person I dealt with is considered one of the better employees as I have had past interactions with her and the outcome has always been the same yet she is still employed. This is the last time I will deal with FedEx. I took my business elsewhere and was met with courteous, helpful staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FEDEX SHOP!!!!

This Fedex office is the worst! I called them to ask about one of my package and they just put me in hold! After a few minutes a man says thank you for choosing Fedex and ha hung up.. I'm like what the hell is that, seriously? What kind of service it is, so stupid. What kind of attitude is that?

I regularly take Ground packages over there from my office because we don't have a scheduled ground pickup, and leaving work a few minutes early to drop off the packages saves us some money. Last week I showed up at 5:30 to drop off a package. That's 30 min. before the posted 6pm deadline for ground shipments. They were busy and the clerk indicated that if anyone had shipments that were ready to go we could leave them on the counter at the unmanned desk next to where he was working. I made the mistake of doing so. I had requested email updates when I set up the shipping order, and was not please to find when I got the first one that it showed my package was tendered to Fedex on 5/11, not on 5/10 when I dropped it off. Apparently they just forgot about it until after the day's package pickup had already happened. So beware - if you want to be sure your package goes out the day you drop it off, stay and see it scanned into the system.

I was shocked when I compared rates and the amount of time it would take my box weighing less than 12 pounds to get from NH to Florida. Between FED EX USPS AND UPS I don't know why the other two companies are still in the box shipping business! Fed Ex rates came in at about $9 less expensive! Take a look at the chart and compare the rates for yourself! Thank You Fed Ex!! I will be checking in with you a lot more often!

Not surprised that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I go there because I don't want to drive to the airport, but that's it. The few times that I needed more than just to drop off a fedex package, it's been nothing but a headache. I've been treated rudely, ignored and misquoted prices. I've even requested a package be held there for pick up and when I arrived, the lady behind the counter told me it wasn't there - but I could see it on a rack and finally had to insist that she show me that package... and it was mine! She didn't even apologize. She just shrugged her shoulders and said "Who's next?" And would it hurt so much to smile occasionally? Or say "Thank you!" when someone buys your products? Geez...

FedEx is better then UPS but I do notice North Dakotans generally have horrible mannerisms hence. "What you see is what you get" Its like measuring blades of grass stars need to be down graded for this region to a "Progress Bar"

Saw some older negative reviews so I thought I should rate my visit today. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. The service was prompt (there were two customers ahead of me). My request was for printing. I came in after 5pm needing approximately 520 pages printed, collated, three-hole punched, and placed in a binder. The customer service representative opened the file from my thumb drive; was very familiar with the Adobe software; she also informed me that the printing would take about 10 minutes, but that she could assemble it right afterward. I had other errands so I stopped back an hour later and the job was completed. I will certainly use them again. One other item, I could have rated this five stars, but that's like getting 100% on an essay test. Does anybody?

Well I was the only customer at the time so my prints got out super quick. They close at 6pm on Sunday and I got there with 5 minutes to spare but the rep ( Richard) didn't make me feel like he had to rush my jobs. He was polite and I was happy I could get my pictures. Good day for me!

I ordered a package from a company that only ships with FedEx, and since FedEx is unable to get into my apartment building, I request to hold them at the store. I checked the status of my package, and it said it was at the Fedex location for pickup, as I had requested. When I went in to pick up my package (with my car running and someone waiting for me), there was only one employee working. The woman in front of me was ordering a very complicated order for her wedding, and I stood patiently unacknowledged by the Fedex Employee. I stood there for 30 minutes without any service or even eye contact. Finally I said excuse me, I just need to pick up a package (as the person in front of me was obviously going to be taking a long time). The employee was so rude, and said it wasn't there yet. I told showed her the tracking information, and she still said that it wasn't there. What really annoyed me was that while she was helping the customer in front of me, she was waiting for things to print and could have just quickly looked up and greeted me, asked what I needed. I stood there for 30+ minutes for a service that took 2 minutes. I would not ever use Fedex again if it wasn't for this company that I often order from and they only use Fedex. I would highly recommend NOT using this store, unless you have unlimited time to stand in line and don't care about customer service.
