EDITED: Classic Photographers offered me $300 in free product to give them five star reviews on Google, Yelp, The Knot, Facebook, and a couple of other services. I am not one to turn down free money but now that I have received everything I am buying from them I feel obligated to tell you, whoever you are, that the five star reviews you see about them might be fabrications due to bribery. The photographers (Shannon R and her husband in Kansas City) were professional, prompt, and friendly, and got good shots, but one of their cameras had a speck on the lens so over half of my photos came out with a small black spot in the same spot. All the same, both of them were a joy to have at our ceremony, they were totally cool with the more nontraditional aspects of our wedding, and drove to BFE to be there. Pleased with being able to make monthly payments through Classic Photographers, as we may not have been able to afford such a nice photography package otherwise.

Good photography on a budget, we were happy with our photographer. However, make sure you read the contractual language very closely. $600 later and we learned that basic editing was not included and would be an additional charge of $30 or more per hour (which I could not get a straight answer on how many photos could reasonably be expected to be done per hour).

At first I was unsure about going with a photography com6that I had never heard of. Let's just say I am glad I took that leap of faith and went with Classic Photographers. They are so amazing in customer satisfaction and turning your dreams into reality. My photographers wanted to meet with us prior to the wedding to get to know is and a feel for the venue. Both photographers were awesome and kind and on it. They asked input but overall I am very excited I chose Classic Photographers .

Got my wedding photos back and I'm absolutely in love with them! I booked Natalie for my wedding photography and she did an absolutely amazing job with my photos and blended in well with the entire wedding party. With that being said, the 4 stars comes from after my wedding. Let me start by saying this, your photographer DOES NOT edit your photos. Classic Photographers has their own editing team that does all of your edits. Prior to your wedding, they have you fill out a photography checklist which basically asks you how you want your photos taken and edited. I had selected no filter for my photos, just black and white or full color, and a portion of my edited photos came back with an Instagram-like filter on them. Also, the selection of photos they edited were poor. Some of the people in the photos were blinking, looking away from the camera, etc. After going through all 2000+ photos I found that there were better photos than those that were edited. I was also missing edited photos from key moments during my wedding. I only had one photo of my niece and I which I knew that there were plenty taken. I also had no photos from my mom and I dancing and there was only 1 photo of my mother-in-law and husband dancing. Instead they included me and a fellow guest dancing, so I'll chalk it up to them thinking the guest was my dad. There were a few other things that were missing that will be too much detail to go into. With all of that being said, the customer service team was very quick and responsive once I aired my complaints. All in all, we got an amazing photographer, with great unedited photos, and at an awesome price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for photography.

1 year later, and I STILL have nothing. Spend your money on a real, local photographer. This company lies. They says they give you edited photos, but they gave me garbage/very poor shots, even of people with their mouths open, and blurry pictures. It is very difficult to speak and have a conversation with anyone in this company after your date is done. You can never speak to the same person twice and no one wants to help you with your product. I had to telephone this company 15+ times over the course of months, just so that they could edit the photos library I did receive. I had to call 10 more times and specifically request missing shots. The photographer did a horrible job and did not even capture a family picture looking at the right lens (everyone looked somewhere else). There photographers dont know how to coach or say "look here". Instead, you get random shots or people that are in motion/blurry. Then, this company says you have right to all your photos when you purchase a package, but you only can download 4x6 versions of the photos. I have 2 good pictures for 1000. Stay AWAY from these people. I am glad I waited until the product to tip, and needless to say I decided not to tip.

I was worried at first because I had never heard of them, but the price and the packages seemed like a great deal. I also really liked that you could pick your own photographer after reviewing their gallery. So I was really excited when I picked a photographer who's pictures were gorgeous. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks before my wedding, I was told that my photographer was no longer available at the start time I had. So I had to pick a new photographer last minute, even though there were only a couple people still available. There are a lot of pictures that turned out really well and I love, which is nice. But there were a lot of problems as well. The photographer my girls and I had made us run VERY behind, (she showed up late and wasn't ready to go to the next location) she didn't get my MoH in ANY of the getting ready pictures, didn't take any pictures of me and each bridesmaid individually, and most of the pictures that were taken of me and my girls were blurry and unusable, which is honestly very disappointing. Fortunately, the photographer that was with my husband and his groomsmen got so many wonderful pictures of them. Not many pictures were taken at my reception either. After our first dance and our cake cutting, while we were eating dinner and mingling with guests, our photographers kept coming over to us telling us that we needed to do our other dances because they needed to leave. We weren't aware of where we were on time, so we just figured we would do our dances. They left as the mother/son dance was ending and our DJ came over to ask why they were already leaving. They left an HOUR early. We missed out on having pictures of our guests, and just better overall picture quality because they were in a hurry to leave ASAP. Again, like I said we did get some pictures that I love, but I just wish my wedding had been captures better.

The set up was simple and straight forward. The package we bought was affordable and offered great benefits. Monthly payments are great, but book early as you need to be paid in full before they send your photographer out... Our photographers Holly S. and Amy were absolutely fantastic. I spent quite a bit of time in preparation to my wedding this past May searching for a photographer & videographer, preferably combined services. Classic Photographers offers packages that allow you to choose as much or as little services that you require. Once I chose our package, I was given a payment plan and then was able to choose from an extensive list of photographers in the area in which I was getting married. As we got closer to the wedding date, both my photographer and videographer reached out to us to get an idea for our vision and what our expectations were for the day. Once the plans were laid out and set we were ready for the big day. Louis Martinez & Jordan Meeder were my main photographers and videographer and they were very professional making sure that I had every shot that I could possibly want. We started our activities with everyone getting ready at the hotel, taking pictures at a park, and then making our way over to the venue for the wedding and reception. I love my shots and enjoyed working with with this team for our big day!

We are happy to have a husband and wife team, Hai and Linh, as our photographers in California. They both had different styles to their shots, which created great variation. We had a Vietnamese-American wedding and they helped us create traditions poses along with some modern ones for both cultures. Our videographer, Jan, was great. He doesn’t talk much, but it makes since with all the recording. He stays with you throughout the night and also videos the guests to make memorable moments. We are overall happy with how everything went, even with some of event times being a bit short to capture the moment.

I got a great deal on the 8hr photography package with second shooter. I chose Austin Stuart Photography and I could NOT be happier with him! He was so personable, funny, and engaging with me, my family, and our guests. He had a great flow & plan for the day and was able to get through all the typical posed photos quickly but without rushing. He seemed to have a great understanding that, yes, these pictures are super important but there is also a big party going on that's important to enjoy as well! So he had us taken care of and off to the reception in no time. He and his assistant were all over the place capturing every moment of the reception as well. I have only seen a preview of some photos so far but they are absolutely stunning. I am so happy that we took his suggestion to step out of the reception for just a few minutes for sunset photos of just the two of us. He was just so funny and knew exactly how to pose us and loosen us up so that we didn't look ridiculous. I would recommend booking through Classic in a heartbeat!

I was able to contact classic photography and they were able to set me up with a new photographer a month before my wedding.
