Wonderful experience! We have been coming here since 1994 when I had my senior pictures and now my daughters. Once again they did not disappoint! The staff made my daughter feel very comfortable and natural!

Lovely place

My first experience with Arnold Clark Studio was pretty impressive. The photographers were fantastic to work with and were very creative with our son. But that aside I really wanted to comment about how unique they made the pictures. They have so many options for props/backgrounds. I was impressed with how unique and individualized my child's photos were, they weren't just cookie cutter photos that many other studios I've seen have done. They have enough options to make your photos "yours". I loved that. Last and certainly not least when we returned to view my son's photos I watched and really felt that they completely captured "my son" in the pictures. They weren't the over posed, uncomfortable looking pictures that make your child look like everyone else child. I would happily return to Arnold Clark again and would recommend that you stop in and check them out.

I had a great time shooting my pictures with the photographers. My pictures came out amazing. Picking through the picture that I liked the most was tough.

Diana Knapp

The pictures were all beautiful, it was such a difficult decision narrowing them done. Everyone was great to work with.

Homaha Mom

Extremely questionable marketing tactics. Make sure and really investigate what you were “nominated” for. Nothing probably. Just a means to get you in the door.

Trinette Corbin

Don’t go to Arnold Clark they are con artist and they make you sign a contract you can’t get out of. Very over priced and the photos are not all that great 1550$ for what!! You can use that much money for a down payment on a car. Wow!!

Caylee Botos

I love this studio!! I had a great time and the photographers make you feel so welcomed and beautiful. Great quality pics.

Kristi Geho

Wonderful and friendly custom service. Billy is a thrill to work with. We all enjoyed our time at the studio. Watching our daughters photo shoot at the end of this process was very enjoyable. Thank you Arnold Clark for a great experience.

To anyone who is giving this business a 5 star review, I’m sorry. You must not have ever dealt with a quality photography business if you cannot see the greed that runs this business. Although based on my experience Arnold Clark does have nice photographers who make you feel comfortable, I understand why they are that way. I’d be pretty nice too if I knew I was going to charge an arm and a leg for over edited, low resolution digital copies of photos. Their print copies are good, I have no complaints besides the fact that they are over priced. But unless you are made out of money, you can definitely find a better bang for your buck.

Arnold Clark photography in Omaha. They contacted my daughter several times telling her she was voted most influential student at her school and asked if we would come in for a free sitting so they could put her in their brochures. They said they were on a very tight time frame and needed us to come in asap. We went in the day we were leaving for our first family vacation in 10 years.(in July) They took photos for over 2 hours even though we told them we couldn't afford professional photography and were taking our own Senior pictures. They said "ok" but still needed us to come back in to view the pictures asap so they could start on the brochures. We went back on the day we returned. (July) They presented a very high pressure sales pitch where my poor daughter finally agreed she wanted pictures. The package was over 1200! We have been paying on them ever since! Now the brochures they spoke about...I hadn't seen anything as of February!!! I called several times and they said they were still working on them. Finally one arrived with one very small, very poor quality photo of my daughter. They are using this brochure as a bait to get people into their studio. I have read many other reviews about them doing the same thing to others! We are a very low income family and they prey on young students to make them come in. Its unethical and unprofessional. They are using very dishonest sales ethics to get customers and then take them for a very long, expressive dishonest ride. We will continue to pay and pick up our photos because i dont want to let my daughter down, however they will not be getting any recommendations from me! The two stars are for the pictures themselves which turned out lovely as they should for what they charge!

Staff was great. Special thank you to Billy, for making this process fun for my daughter. Can't wait to see her pics.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! They called my mother and me claiming I was nominated as one of the top people at my school...Very creepy that they know where I go to school and my name....Anyways, they asked me even though they knew my parents weren't home when I wanted to come in and talk about a brochure I was going to be on....I got very suspicious and asked her to call my mother instead....after the phone call, I texted my friend and she told me it was a complete SCAM....they reel you in with lies and make you buy horribly over-priced pictures....NOT ONLY THIS, but my mother's boss also confirmed this information.....horrible company if you have to lie to get customers!!!

When we entered the receptionist was helping someone else. After a few minutes we were acknowledged and asked to be seated. We were then left for aproximently 10 minutes before someone came from the back to talk to us. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, so at least ot ended on a good note.

Every single time I came in to the studio no one was ever at the front desk. I always waited over 15 minutes before going to try and find someone. I would suggest putting a sign and a bell upfront. Very overpriced and they say you have to order at your appointment or you will never be able to order again!! They said they don't keep any old files of pictures, they just get rid of them so you have to order at your one appointment. However, right before graduation we got an email everyday saying they would make our Grad Party announcements. Weird, I thought they didn't save any proofs. I will not be returning and will spread the word that this is not a good place to go. Totally not worth it.

This is a great place to get pictures, the people were great, and Molly is the one that helped us at the end, and she was so helpful on getting the right package to make us all happy. Thank you Molly .

Goju 75

Not a good experience. They hooked us with being part of their small business owner pics at the airport. The photography session was fun, and the girl was nice. However, it goes south fast. They have us come back down and put us in a deluxe room and try to sell us 7K worth of garbage. I bite for one family portrait for our office. They call us a few weeks later and tell us the frame we chose is no longer avail. We had to return back to the farthest depth of Omaha to pick out another frame. 2 months later it's finally ready. What a disappointment. WAY overexposed. I don't even want to deal with trying to return it. Very inconvenient.

Brent Villone

Billy and all of the photographers were awesome! Arnold Clark Studio did a great job with our son's senior pictures!

Joa Simpson

We started with Arnold Clark in 2005 for our daughter Katie's graduation pictures and decided we liked them so much we would have our family portrait done. These also were great!!! Now six years later and our daughter Molly is graduating and the family has changed, so more graduation pictures and another family portrait. Again great!!! Our only regret is that we didn't know about Arnold Clark in 2003 when our son Tom graduated

I got a call from the studio a few days ago saying I was nominated by my class for one of there senior promotion books. On the phone I had asked the lady if it cost anything to do it and she reply to me no. We go up there and wasted an hour of our time. First they were really nice about everything and we went to get some paper work and then she tired to sell me the package. I asked how much it was and she said 310 dollars. We asked about 3 more times if the photos would be free and didn't require to pay for anything, because we weren't going to buy anything after, she still kept saying they would be free and we didn't need to get the packaging . After she left the room to get the "appointment book" she brought back a lady who would "help" with the packaging prices. At first she was really nice but then basically told me to beg family members for money for it or pay for it myself. I explained that none of us really have the money because we are a lower middle class family and I refuse to beg for money from my relatives. She asked why I really didn't want to buy the package and I explained that I could not rationalize an 8x10,5x6 and 23 cards to be worth $310. She began to mock both my father and I asking "Have you ever been to a professional photographer" When we were done talking she finally said we could leave. I asked her about the appointment thinking even if I don't get it it would be fun. She looked at me and told me "I don't want you to fall in love with a picture and not be able to have it." So the moral of this story is if you are can't rationalize or afford their packages even when they say that it is "Free" and just taking photos, they don't want you there and its all a SCAM to get money out of you. If you can't be forward and honest to customers. Then make them feel like they are worth nothing because YOU want profit, you shouldn't call people in and waste their time and money driving there.

Mayra Lara

The studio is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I ended up paying a lot more than I was prepared for but it was worth it. We got some amazing pictures!

Teagan Gaul

Great experience. It was fun to narrow down he pictures and the person was really helpful!!

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Our entire experience began when my husband got a phone call from Arnold Clark saying that our child had been nominated as a top athelete of their graduating class, and was going to be a part of a brochure. It was a surprise, but we had been to Arnold Clark previously for team photos and didn't have any issues with them. A few days later we went in for a consultation and met with a very nice employee who explained everything to us. Again, no red flags, but we had not been told about their pricing. Our child was given 2 sheets of paper and told to fill it out with the names of peers as well as current sophomores, and their phone numbers and addresses. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that this was merely a marketing ploy so that they could call the aforementioned sophomores and say "Your child was nominated as *fill in the blank superlative* and they'll be featured in our brochure!". After our experience we now realize that this is likely how they got our contact info and got us into their studio. A few days later we showed up to our appointment, about ten minutes early. Our child had lost their papers, but we figured that it wasn't really necessary for them to be turned in. We were wrong. An employee greeted us at the doors and helped us with our stuff into a dressing room. Then they asked if we had our papers. We told the employee that we didn't, and she told us that she could give us new ones to fill out before our session. This was slightly irritating, as we didn't think these papers required turning back in. It was an inconvenience, and unnecessary in my opinion. However, the employee at the front desk informed us that the lab was "willing" to give us an extension and that we could bring back the papers the next day. This also vexed us quite a bit, as Arnold Clark is nowhere near where we live. But, we were trying to cooperate and said that yes, we could make that work. Afterwards, we had to schedule a time to come back to view the photos, which took awhile. Eventually we went back to the dressing room and our child was helped to decide to wear what outfits when. I should mention that all of the employees we interacted with have been cordial and polite, and our main issue isn't really with them. The employee then told us that when we were ready, to hit the buzzer and someone would come get us. Our child then changed into their first outfit and we pressed the buzzer. A few minutes passed, and no one came. Thinking we had just simply made a mistake, we pressed the buzzer again. We waited ten more minutes. Still, no one had come. The buzzer was working just fine, we heard it go off in the other room each time we pressed it. I pressed it again, and still, no one had come. While we were waiting, I began to look at the pricing brochure we had been given. I nearly laughed out loud, the prices were so steep. I didn't even pay that much for my wedding photos, let alone for my child's graduation photos!! The prices are insane, and in my opinion, not worth it. There are so many other photographers in Omaha who will take great quality photos for a better price, and you will get more photos, minus the annoying Arnold Clark watermark on EVERY photo. At this point, I was ready to leave. No one had even come to acknowledge that we were still there, let alone take us into the studio for our session. We had been there for nearly two hours, most of that time just waiting. Finally, as we were about to leave an employee came and said that they would be with us in a minute. We were just glad that someone had acknowledged us, and waited. Again, almost 15 minutes passed, and no one had showed up. We decided to leave. Only then did an employee notice us, but we would not go back. I will be telling everyone I know that I DO NOT recommend Arnold Clark. It was a terrible experience for us and a waste of time, as well as terrible customer service.

John Potter

Waayyyyyy overpriced for quality. They send flyers but trick you into thousands of dollars in photos. It’s a shame tbh. No digital copy and you can only choose a couple. Disappointing experience and they didn’t even let us choose the day of when we pick out what pictures we wanted. Very rude and condescending

David Smith

Was at Arnold Clark Studio today for an appointment that they scheduled at 1:00 pm. Showed up early to make sure we were there on time. Well, let's just say they need customer service training 101. We finally got in to see the photo's around 2 pm. The person at the front counter blew us off two times when we did actually see her. With no explanation of why we were not being seen and no apology for the wait. The second time she came out, she asked my wife if anyone was helping us. Wife responded to her, you helped us last time and we are still waiting. The response my wife was unbelievable, the lady responded with "I don't remember helping you". Then she started to help other customers and disappeared again. Finally, after an hour of waiting I had enough, I walk back to find someone that could assist us to find out what was going on. The photographers and other staff might be great, but you will never get this customer again. If you're the management that reads this, you need to train your employee's better customer service skills because they suck.

Our Photos are Gorgeous!!! Friendly, Professional Staff. I can't begin to describe the quality and care of the Photographer. I am more than happy of our choice!!

Carmen Theulen

Great people and beautiful work. Everyone in our family goes there for senior pictures. Its a tradition in our family.

Gloria Neri

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explaining thoroughly. Arnold Clark’s studio is a great place to get your senior pictures taken!!

Sandy Hernandez

The whole photo shoot experience was unbelievably unforgettable. Billy was funny and helped bring the best in my daughter. She ended up having fun and forgot about being nervous. I cannot wait to see the photos! Best photo shoot experience as a mother and daughter.

Lacee Navarro

Billy is fantastic! He knows each and every child at every school pretty much, and it makes for good conversation.... he did my daughters senior pictures 2 years ago and I thought they were amazing. I couldnt help but to order almost everything because they were absolutely stunning pics. Now my youngest a senior was in today for her pictures and Billy again was absolutely amazing. Billy saw the last name and it was like we never skipped a beat. Arnold Clark has so many backgrounds, props, and outdoor settings that you truly do not ever need to go anywhere else. Everyone here takes amazing pictures and it is a relaxing comfortable environment for your family. We will he coming back as a family to get our pictures taken.....

Joan Elizabeth Fink

Rachel Pham

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Made us feel comfortable with working with them.

Kory Guzman

Driven by greed.

Wilma Bure

Arnold Clark Photography is a great place to have portraits taken. The photographers have a professional demeanor and make the process easy and comfortable. In addition, Michele helped us so much when selecting our family portraits. We highly recommend Arnold Clark Photography.

Debra Reddy

I like my son's senior portraits but I hate myself for letting them appeal to my sensitive side and convincing me I needed to spend $1600 on 2 8x10s, 8 5x7s (4 poses), 46 wallets (2 poses), FB ready photo CD, and the 4x6 original prints. The receptionist that we checked in with before the session was rude and did not answer our questions. We were promised things (like that if we paid for a B&W session fee, then we could order any of the photos in B&W) but that turned out to not be the case. And it took three months to get them printed and they didn't even bother to call us when they were ready. I have two other kids that will be needing senior photos taken but we be giving these people repeat business.

Stephanie Lopez

Very very nice. Photographers and employers are very kind and helpful. Had lots of fun and giggled my whole way through the session. Pictures were beautiful.

Alexander Bayles

Congratulations for being nominated! You get to take "free" pictures at Arnold Clark photography studios! Here are some things to expect: 1. Being congratulated constantly for being nominated! (This must be a big deal!) 2. Learning all your friends got nominated too! (they select 10-15 people from every school in Omaha school.) You are not special.) 3. Wating 20 minutes for your scheduled appointment to start! 4. Running into lots of other people who got nominated! 5. People pushing you to buy add ons for your "free" pictures at outrageous prices. 6. Scripted fake compliments! 7. Obnoxious photographers 8. Learning your "free" pictures cost a lot of money. 9. Being forced to choose the pictures you want on the spot because otherwise they are all deleted 10. Horrible senior pictures

Daniel Lake

Had fun taking pictures, definitely love this place. Would love to come again.

desi Leeper

Good work ,1 person that works there jokes alot but took it a little to far on some of the things he says!

Shannon Neubauer

This is a business that I would give 0 stars to if it were possible. They are 100% driven by greed!! They are all about making people make split second decisions and emotional based purchases. They give you one time to look at pictures, minimum packages are over $500 for a handful of photos, and they delete them all if you don't buy at your review. You can't even buy the originals without buying a package over $1100! Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. I will never do anything with them again. I would highly recommend to keep your child away from them as well.

Jenny Burt

Great people but I do believe that they are a little pricey

Kaylene Powell

The prices are high, but the experience was good. We will cherish these photos.

Suzanne Paulsen

What a great group of photographers! Really worked to build rapport with my daughter AND me during her senior pictures. Lots of choices to create unique photos.

Kelli Brigman

Funny, enjoyable, and even took us in after showing up late!! Thank you!

Shawn Luderman

Process of picking final pictures was difficult due to so many great photos but Tami had a great process to help us narrow them done for the different purposes we chose.

The Bennett Group

Great staff! Was a lot of fun!

Shawn LeClair

I didn’t like their prices for senior pictures! It started out at a ridiculous amount of $7000.00 for a package. We settled $3200.00 for a package. Still very pricey! They want you to make a decision right away or they delete the photos. Do a little shopping and see what is out there. I saw a lot of 5 star rated photography companies in the Metro area. Ask those companies some questions on products and pricing beforehand.

Julie Sheehan

Scam artists in my opinion. I will start with the 1 positive thing - the photographers were nice. Now the negative: Came in on a $29 special I got in the mail. First order of business for them was to get a payment of $250 + $29 because they said that 250.00 was the minimum. Good thing I had just gotten paid or they refused to take pictures. Next, although the photographers were nice, my daughter was bounced around like a tennis ball from one to the other, as if they were running an assembly line, which is exactly what they were doing. They do not make your photo's available to you on-line with a password or whatever. Just like the used car salesmen they are, they said we could only see them if we made an appointment to come back in, sit down and view them - your basic Hard Sale Approach. Prior to returning, we decided to get the "small pack", minimum package that cost over $500. We also wanted them digitally so we could send it to family and friends out of state/nation. As soon as the "presentation was done, she started saying how many people need an 8x10 or larger? I told her what we wanted, the small package and digital copies. Since she wasn't listening and was talking over us, we had to repeat this several times. She still would not give up. We were close to walking out at that point. My daughter was starting to get upset so I asked her to leave the room so I can talk to my daughter... eventually she left after more and more insisting that all family members should get an 8x10 and telling us the only way we can have a "CD" is to spend at least $1550. Well as most of you know, CD's are now old school. Most computers don't even make CD access anymore... I will get back to this in a moment. Well my sweet beautiful daughter was so flustered and upset by this high pressure sales women that she started crying as soon as she left the room and said she does not need senior pictures, it's just not worth it, she just wanted to go home and have them leave us alone. Twenty minutes later I had her calmed down and invited the women back in. I told her that CD's are a thing of the past and we want them on a flash drive or another drive that works with today's computer. We will also take the small pack. Round 2: She said they only put them on CD and no one has ever asked for them any other way (liar!). She also said, no CD without $1550 minimum purchase. So I ask how many pixels the pictures are on the CD. She did not know what pixels were and said they are good at about "this" (holding up her thumbs and pointer finger to make a small square). So, next I ask how many MB's are they... got the fingers square again. She again said that I have to spend $1550 to even get the CD so how many 8x10 do I need? I told her that we wanted to reschedule this session with a different sales person who is more educated about the process of digital pictures and would listen to the customer. Que the water works, she starts to cry and say she is doing her best and doesn't know why we don't like her and how she is a really nice person... While I sat there wondering if she was really upset or if this was sales tactic #20, another women came in and started answering our question, as best she could but still did not know about pixels or MB but at least she pulled out her phone and showed us an example. I could go on and on about this 2 hour long attempt to take our money but I think you have the idea. I give this place one star because I can't give them zero or negative stars. Just avoid this place. Go ANYWHERE else because it can't be worse than Arnold Clark Studio's.

Nicole Ratekin

A little pricey but they take great photos!

W O

I think they have fake accounts to give positive reviews

Marla Yelovich

Beautiful pictures but the prices are astronomical.

ETHAN JENSEN

The photographers were fun and kindhearted, the set ups were phenomenal, and the photos turned out great!

Lorrie Brott

We are repeat customers. My daughter had her senior pictures taken here 8 years ago. She had such a great time, the pictures are amazing. We just took our son for his senior pictures and we were not disappointed. The photographers are phenomenal. Yes, we end up paying more than we would if we used just anyone with a camera - but in my opinion it is so, so very worth it. You get what you pay for! The only negative is trying to narrow down our choices, because the pictures are all great!

Jo Anne Amoura

Arnold Clark Studio was an amazing experience for 3 of my daughters and me. All the people we worked with were very well qualified and compassionate. We give 5+ stars.

kelly mooseman

My Son & I enjoyed our time with everyone here! All the staff were so personable with us. Everyone made us feel very comfortable & at home. They were sweet & really cared. Will be sending friends your way! Thank You

It was a great time taking pictures. Great pictures and great service!I love it! Check it out it’s great!

Tiffany King

Won a free session pics are entirely overpriced. $400 for 24 wallets 2 5×7's & an 8×10. Plus that is supposedly a discount!

Josh Eick777

High pressure scam. Nominate friends to get a discount on your sitting. Congratulations you were nominated to receive a discounted session. ... oh you want to buy pictures? That will $1400. Insane. Disgraceful.

A Google User

Amazing people.. True and honest. The best photography on the planet!!

Jody Brott

Molly was awesome throughout the process! She really helped by adding her professional opinion while keeping our thoughts in mind. She read our facial expressions and allowed the extra time needed for us to make difficult decisions. Now for the photographers. We are a repeat customer so had an idea what to expect. But they somehow found a way to exceed our expectations in really capturing our sons personality. Simply put, entire experience.....phenomenal! You won't be disappointed!

Amy Darling

I had my son's senior pics taken and I was very impressed with the photographers putting him at ease and capturing some amazing images. But what really impressed me the most was Molly when I came in to choose which pieces I wanted to purchase. With this being my first time going through this process she was able to put me at ease with her knowledge and experience allowing me to choose the best photographs and put together a package to work with my budget.

As a single dad, trying to make my daughter happy is a top priority. She refused to even consider anywhere else! At Arnold Clark, she felt like the princess she is. LOL! In all seriousness, it was worth every penny.

Laura Schneider

Arnold Clark Photography is exceptionally talented, both in the techniques and hospitality. I highly recommend Arnold Clark Photography, let me tell you why. Upon arriving at the studio, my daughter and I were welcomed into a very clean and professional space. The walls are lined with impressive photos of previous work. In all of my conversations with Billy and Tammy, I could tell that they make sure each session they complete has its own story. It's not just a job for them but a lifelong passion. There's a reason they've exceeded a century of success.

Google User

Arnold Clark is a pleasure to work with, if you are looking for a different photography style, this is the studio. They have won awards in photography. Their work is amazing.

Amanda Smith

This is gold star status photography! From the instant you speak to them. Amazing service! Fantastic photos!

Hugo Aguirre

The staff and photographers were very kind, helpful, positive and fun. It was a very fun and unique experience I’ll never forget. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to have pictures taken for any occasion.

Months ago, I was contacted out of the blue by Arnold Clark and informed that I had been selected, for my contributions to the Omaha community, to appear on their "Women of Omaha" display at Eppley Airport. The person I spoke to kept congratulating me, told me they were on a strict deadline, and rushed my portrait appointment. The photographer that I worked with was great-- no complaints here. She was very friendly and professional. It was after the actual portrait session when it became clear to me that this was actually a high-pressure sales tactic. They insisted that I had to come back in person to review the photos, so I rearranged my work schedule to make this appointment work. When I arrived, I waited for close to half an hour before I was informed that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. When I came back for my rescheduled appointment, the person that helped me told me that this was not, in fact, to help them pick out the portrait that would appear on the wall, as I had no say in the selection. Instead, I spent 45 minutes looking at portraits while the person was hard-selling me on how much my family and friends would want the photos. At one point, the person asked me if my parents were still alive. Horrifying. I only agreed to the portrait session because I thought it would be a great opportunity to get new professional headshots-- no such luck, since they only sell print portraits at over $150 a piece, with a $200 spend minimum. I invested well over 4 hours into getting professional photos and was in a pretty uncomfortable position with this person that kept asking me personal questions about my family to convince me that portraits of my adult self would be valuable to someone else, when I knew otherwise. It was also pretty clear that this was far from some sort of community award-- at no point did the studio ask about what I might have done to be nominated for the award. They did ask me to recommend others, which I regretted giving (and later contacted those individuals to warn them). I'm guessing that they do similar "awards" for folks and think that people should be given fair warning that it's a scheme. If you need nice, printed portraits and are willing to pay a pretty penny, then this is your place. If you need digital copies, and would prefer to have a more flexible portrait session outside of a studio, you can easily do so with far less money and without the distasteful sales tactics.

Wow!!! What an unscrupulous business. We received a call that led us to believe they were associated with Bellevue Schools that our son had been nominated by his classmates as being someone special and they'd like to feature him in a brochure if we could come in and talk to them about it. They told us that there are hundreds of kids that want to be part of this program that can't get in but our son had something special going that led them to call us. Everyone wants to believe their kid is special, that's how they get you in the door. As soon as you walk in, they are very cordial and polite as they give you a tour of their photo studio. We asked several times for more info on the program our son was nominated for and they kept brushing off the question as they continued to show us their studio and talk about options for backdrops and clothing. Once the tour is complete, they handed us a bunch of forms for our son to fill out asking for the names and contact info for his classmates so they can do the same thing to them. Basically, if they call you, they waive the sitting fee for their most basic package. The packages to actually get photos start at $300 which is super expensive. If you read the other reviews, you'll see how they pressure you into purchasing upwards of $2000 of services that you could get anywhere else for about a quarter of the price. This is a bait and switch tactic where they use your child to sell out their friends and capitalize on your child's popularity. The whole pitch is designed to prey on the hearts and minds of young men and women who are still developing socially and thus get their parents to spend more than what they can afford on senior photographs that are average at best. Their studio is very nice and established, but if you know even the slightest about photography, you can tell right away that apart from the large selection of backgrounds and scenario, this is no different than what you would get at any photography studio. This one just likes to put up the front like they are elite to suggest that they are better than the smaller ones. Looking at the quality of the images they have on display, they are mediocre at best with the same old tired poses that have been used for generations. I honestly don't have issues with the quality of their product other than that it is extremely overpriced. I have huge concerns over their marketing practices. They are shady at best, if not illegal. Reading the other reviews, you can see how they get you to make an impulse decision on purchasing your prints by informing you that they will be deleted at the conclusion of the viewing. If this place were truly in the ART of photography, the artist would want to save those images as part of their portfolio. This is solely a puppy mill type business. You can purchase your own camera for half the price of their basic package and shoot away at various locals that are actually a part of your child's life and then order the prints for pennies on the dollar from companies like snapfish. Added bonus, you get to retain the rights to your child's images and have digital backups in case you need to print more. If you like the experience of visiting a used car salesman, this is the place for you.

Lisa Williams

Jamie Morton

Amazing!!! Beautiful sets, super funny photographers! Loved it!!

Paul Shimerdla

Pressure! When they sit you down to talk about what you want to buy for pictures. There's no time to "sleep on it". They want that thousands dollars answer now!!! There has to be a better way, or better place.

Carrie Hansel

Very well staffed and helpful!

john Rademacher

She did amazing she deserves a raise

lo yan

The experience for my daughter was very fun and exciting. She would have stayed all day long! The end result of pictures were amazing!!! Made for some very tough decisions as they were all so good! Would have bought them all! We can't wait for the next opportunity to come back! Thanks for the GREAT experience!

TRACY HOFFMANN

Beautiful place to get family and Senior pictures done. A little on the price side.

karla scaletta

Everyone there is so nice. Tami was so nice and helpful.

Andrea Walker

Very beautiful dog friendly studio with a garden and unique backgrounds. However I must admit that the photo packages are the highest I have seen at any studio ever! You even have to pay to park on the street.

Rachel Luck

Every once in a while, I come back to read these reviews because I've never come across a business in my entire life that is so disgustingly, hideously malicious towards its customers. Read all of the 1 star reviews. They all tell the truth. The 5 star reviews are all shams just like their greedy, trickster business. The photographer I had for outdoor pictures was so sweet. It's a shame she works or used to work for absolute con artists. Please please please, do not go here. It's a waste of time, energy, and money.

Abby Weber

Never been there but had friends who took up their services. Each photo is a repeat of the same photo. There is nothing unique about their photography. If you are looking for photos that show who you are as a person and you do not identify as a Toddler and Tiara reject, then I suggest somewhere else.

Tyler Freese

Sure, the pictures are stunning but unless you plan on emptying the checking account. Don't go. Nominated for senior advertising is their election process to get you in. One word to sum up: EXPENSIVE. Not just typical, "oh it's gonna be a lot" no. This is outrageous.

Jennifer Talbot

We were looking for senior pictures that really captured the amazing young man our son has turned into. They did an amazing job. Casual and fun experience with lots of options both inside and out. Definitely recommend Arnold Clark Studio for this exciting milestone.

The pictures turned out beautiful however I was not impressed with the sales technique. You have one day and one day only to view the photos and make up your mind on how much money you’re going to spend. The woman I dealt with wrote down prices on a piece of paper and then slid them across the desk to me over and over until I told her I feel like I’m at a bad used car dealership. Ended up paying over $400 for three sets of wallets, 24 of each and one 8 x 10. I don’t think anybody wants to be sold in that manner. If I would’ve had my daughter with me I wouldn’t of bought a single photo but since she was with me I felt obligated to buy something. There are people all over Facebook that take beautiful pictures for a fraction of the price! Won’t make this mistake again.

Thatcher Taylor

Great pictures but you need to take out a second mortgage to pay for them.

Alejandra Orozco

This place gives you so much pressure, i tried translating what the lady was saying in Spanish to my mother and she kept trying to talk over me and she kept asking about what size i wanted my pictures when i already asked her what i wanted, once i found out that there was a minimum of 350, each pose/picture costs so much money and we would’ve never thought that 2 poses & pics that are 8x10 with 24 bifold cost 320?!?! it’s overpriced here and we can get a whole album, CD, and other pictures somewhere else this place is beautiful and the photographers are the best & fun and i really wish that they can start their own business because this place isn’t it.

sunshine balaban

A+++ I've been getting photos from this place since 1997...Noone does it better!

Seymone Smith

Pics were perfect customer service was the best the ladies of Arnold Clark are great and Linden is a comedian loved the entire experience!!!

Jessica Clausen

All the employees were super and pictures were awesome! My one complaint would be I felt super rushed setting the appointment, getting pictures done, and then coming in for viewing.

Tavonna Jefferson

Pictures are way too expensive they won't even let you buy the pictures unless there in a packet that's over $300 or more. I was highly disappointed. But the staff were nice and professional.

Chad Madson

Started our saga on 9/21/18. Staff was friendly, pictures were okay, spent 2000 dollars, and it took three months to get the photos back. 12/12/18. Portraits here finally. And that's only because I kept calling. I thought for sure we'd have them by Thanksgiving. I get quicker results from Walmart photo department, and I don't have to shell out 2 large. Any of the "specials" they advertise are only to get you in the door and think you might get a decent deal on something that's overpriced anyway. WRONG! They're getting senior portraits, not getting put on a magazine cover. I have a younger daughter that will be graduating in a couple of years and I tell ya what, we ain't coming here. And I'm gonna do a lot of free advertising for them as well. Just my humble opinion, take it for what it's worth.

Rayna Schramm

Had a wonderful time taking pictures with Billy. The pictures turned out beautifully. Would recommend Arnold Clark for your portrait needs!

Clara Perez

Staff is really nice. The building is clean and has nice decor on walls with past photographs taken of others.

Cindy Laurent

Brought a Girls Soccer Team in for a photo shoot. Immediately we’re put at ease and allowed for the fun to continued throughout the entire time. Billy and staff gave the team an awesome experience. So excited to see the finished product!

Jeff Boehm

Great experience. Photographers made the session enjoyable. Picking out the pictures was a very smooth process.

Michela Strom

Piper had a blast! Super fun for kids!!

Keziah moore

My photographer was very funny and helped make my smile look very natural and sincere. Definitely worth every penny!!

Stacy Moormeier

I came with my nephew to pick out photos and the process was very easy. I really liked the fact that there was a movie to watch to give a preview of all of the photos. The process of eliminating photos was also very smooth. The employee that helped us was very friendly and welcoming to all of us that came today to pick out the pictures. Will recommend in future!

Rachael Adamy

I have no feed back they do a great job!! Love them all

Chloe Morse

GREAT PLACE!!!

Mary Ellingson

Wonderful people and great job of taking pictures.

Megan L. Roth

Staff was professional, very efficient

Bonnie Teer

Very nice studio but knowing a person's financial situation and puts them in a pkg over $2000 playing on their emotions. Music playing soft 60 or more pics you have to look at. Only child and works on that! Leaves and calls two days later and asks if the pics have not been sent to print yet can I change my package and they said No. Also said 1st half to be paid by Jan 5th for annual, now It has to be monthly payments made which was given an example but only that! As long as the half was paid by Jan 5. Now 1st payment of $225.00 next month! Place plays on emotions to Get into Your Wallets! Was really impressed till the ending! SO SAD GREEDY!

Elise Coe

Had a great experience at Arnold Clark! The photographers were super professional and the setting was awesome for my daughters senior photos. Can’t wait to use them again for my younger son. Would highly recommend them.
