For the past two years I have paid for my daughter to get her pictures done. In 2016 I did not receive her pictures once mailed to me there was a huge red line across her face. I called them several times to fix her pictures and no one returned my call! So school year 2017 I figure what a great opportunity to get them fixed and get both packs. Going against my better judgment I pay for another pack. My daughter didn’t like her pictures so I turned them into the office for retakes. The office gives them to the photographer and she misses the announcement to go do retakes. So I call to have them mailed and find out the status from the previous year. Still no phone call no pictures!

Didnt recieve graduation school pics and it's been 2 months and still waiting. Called multiple times and still have not heard back after I left multiple messages. Very frustrating!
