My family and I have been coming to Cetrone for over 25 years. They did not only my senior high school pictures, but my sisters and now my three kids. If you want some beautiful pictures, then this is the place to go. Mark and Lisa do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend coming to them.

I had the trouble described below and received a call from Mrs. Centrone about the problem. She was gracious, apologized for the poor service and assured me that things have been corrected. She additionally was willing to provide any service necessary to satisfy me. I was right the first time when I said they deserved 5 stars. The 1 star help is no longer around to upset customers. Thanks for your credibility and your desire to provide excellent service. I will again be sending referrals your way. I called to make an appointment for my business portrait and the lady answering the phone was very rude and sarcastic. She informed me that I didn't pay about $125 several 3 years ago and that now it was $250...She then stated they are now charging extra for a printable CD. She even laughed at me on the phone indicating that I didn't know what I was talking about. Too bad I couldn't get to an owner. They were very nice last time and I was just calling to book a photo session... Oh well, find a new studio. 5 stars last time; 0 this time... average 3
