The lady who has helped me over the phone the last three times over the last month has been nothing but rude and loud. I had a few questions about why I couldnt chose the same package they offered on the paper they sent home online and she went on a rant about how the cant have the same packages...? The first time I called I though maybe she was having a bad day but after calling three times and getting the same treatment it's obvious she's like that all the time. I agree that they can get away with poor customer service because the whole town orders school pictures from them so it's not like their business is suffering but come on! It would be some much better for everyone to have some decency and just treat customers like they're paying you to do a service. If you dont want to be there then find another place where you'll be happier. I'm sure someone who is happier and friendlier would love to take over your cushy job with a much better attitude.
