I would like to recommend F11 Photographic supplies. F11 is a great independent store with very friendly staff. Visting the US (we are from Europe) we had a problem with our new Sony camera. F11, contrary to Sony's own customer service, actually helped us with advice and offered to send our repaired camera onwards to our home adress without any additional charges (as Sony refused to do so, much to our dissapointment). Thank you very much - esp. Briana!

You could go online and buy your stuff from Amazon or somewhere... Or you could come here and support your awesome local camera shop, this place has a great selection and good staff, my only complaint is some of the stuff is a lot more expensive than online.

I had a poster I needed for a presentation due on the same day I placed my order with F-11. The staff was able to rush the order and have it ready in just a few hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to work with!

I've only used F-11 to print photos and buy frames, but every time I do I am so very happy with the results! They are great at helping you with older photos you want to reprint and enlarge. The staff is also very kind in advising you to select the right size & finish to make your pics look their best. I highly recommend them for those very special photos.

I thought F/11 would have better service than the Mac Store in the mall. Sadly these two stores, have employees that should be kept in the back of the store working with machines and not people. Horrible costumer service. It is amazing what one bad apple can do.As a local business owner, I like giving business to local stores. After my experiece with both stores, I feel online is the only way for me to get my Mac products.

Really aesthetically pleasing store. Staff is very knowledgeable about cameras, and has an excellent printing service. Don't let this review deter you from shopping here, cause it is a great shop, but you can really tell it's mostly catering to the Mac users (college students, older clientele). It feels like a 25-75 shot between a camera store and an Apple store. I wish their was more of a selection for cameras, and less of the giant wall of Apple accessories (although if you need them, they have more than anybody). Printing service is excellent, HOWEVER only if you are buying/sending in the film you bought from them. In house film is returned very quickly, but anything sent out takes a really long time. Also a lot more expensive, but that's a given when you still use film.

Went in for film and found out it was $20 per roll of color 35mm 36 exposure. First, I was told that it was expensive because it is hard to make and that is what Fuji charges. Second, a quick web check and the film is found to be selling for $10 at B&H. If Fuji charged enough that the film would be $20 a roll, B&H would be selling it for that. For $20 a roll, processing should be included. What I saw was a very nice store, but selling a product I know I can get got 1/2 of the asking price at another photographic supply store at home, which is not that much bigger than F11. Would rather be told the truth about their mark-up than been given a song and dance that does not ring true. Been shooting film for too long for that story.

I have had multiple great experiences with F-11. The staff is not only very friendly, but also knowledgeable in many different facets of photography and technology in general. When I went in seeking assistance for my laptop, the young lady who helped me was Apple Certified and made me feel very confident that my technology issues were going to be fixed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get photos developed, or supplies for their gear.

Fair store - they certainly know to charge a high price since it's a college town. Knocking off 3 stars for RUDE customer service, which is a very reoccurring theme here. Sorry you're a bunch of beta-cuck employees and unhappy, take it out on someone else.

Love this camera shop. Been buying my Nikon cameras and apple computers from them for over 10 years. Called up with a Nikon software problem and they solved immediately. So nice to have such quick and effective service. They have great customer service.

Not happy. Went in last Thursday to get one very simple 5x7 print made. Was told it would take an hour. Here we are, 6 days later and still no print. Very bad communication between employees. Will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
