No Stars!! Awful. Staff did not smile nor explain anything. My costume was too tight and she did not care. It was extremely hot, I guess they don't have ac. Very low quality, wish we had gone anywhere else to get the photo done.

Horrible. We went tonight with a group-on. We won't be back. I would give zero stars if I could. The whole process was very rushed and only lasted 20 minutes. I was not happy with the pictures and voiced my opinion but they did nothing to fix it. They only took 4 pictures and did not assist with the posing or made sure my son was looking at the camera. We left with one horrible picture. Went to another place in town and was very happy with the pictures. Don't go here!

Our photographer was about as happy to be at her job as Hillary Clinton would be at a Donald Trump rally. Painfully slow service, and the costumes have been through quite a few tourists. The facilities were clean and decently organized. Perfect place to ditch annoying travel companions for the afternoon.

Called to ask about packages, girls were nice. Asked what time they close and she said 8pm but sometimes we close early. I said we would be there by 615pm. She told me that would be fine. My family showed up at 555pm. The girl told me they were closed. Disappointed in branson.

I am not going to bash or put anyone down. I went over the weekend with a group of 7. My husband myself and 5 of our children the lady was very nice But things that need looked at. 1) let the customer pick what they have on. 2) if doing the salon picture make sure the person doing the picture needs to be up higher then the bar. ( I know I am a bigger women ) but having to look down at the camera gives to much fat and gives rolls where you don't normally have them lol 3) slow down and let people enjoy this experience. You guys where great just need a little boost in the right direction. Not downgraded. Hope you the best and your picture's will be on my walls for years to come. Thank you for the memories.

We had a great experience here! There was a long wait, which was unfortunate, but there were two groups of over 10 in front of us, so the wait was to be expected. The photographer did a great job getting my boys to pose for the picture. Our own pictures were a very quick process. The place was clean and neat, which is a plus when you're putting on costumes! Definitely a good place to get old time pictures taken!

It is a nice treasure to add to your family history to be enjoyed for years to come. The quality of the picture I felt could have been a little better. The quality of the costuming and staging was very good but could have been a little better. Overall I was very happy with their service & product. Nice people providing the service too.

They had large groups in front of us so there was a wait. They did several poses to choose from and put together a surprisingly affordable package. We had a budget in mind but once we seen the pics we had to have more!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Very rude. Do not waste your time here. *Update They did not try to work anything out with me. Their reply statement is a complete lie. I spoken with them about how I redeemed my coupon on accident at a different photo place. However, they made us feel inferior for not knowing how groupon works and did not try to work anything out with me. They were acting as if we were trying to steal a service from them. Very unprofessional.

My mom, sister, my friend and me came here once before in 2016 I believe, and our experience was alright. The photo turned out good. As far as I remember the service was fairly good. However, today my husband I went there to take an old time photo for our first time as a couple... and immediately we were deeply disappointed. There were 2 associates there. One was helping the guests choose from the photos she had just taken, and the other was putting away props. Neither of them greeted us. The one I understood why, but the other who was handling props just carried on. After a little bit the one who was helping the other customers, probably realizing that the other girl was not going to say anything, spoke up and said hello and that they would be with us soon. So we stood there at the counter and helped ourselves to look through the example album they had sitting out. Figuring maybe they're just very occupied. Finally the asscoatiate who was not helping anyone came around to us and got straight to the point with still no greeting or welcome, asking in a very monotone voice if we knew what we wanted. I told her we weren't sure yet, so she told us to go sit down to look at the book... I looked around to see if we were in someone's way or something, but there was no one else in the lobby area.... so I wasn't sure why I was commanded to sit down but fine we went and sat and made a choice. Came back up to the counter and told her we would like the Victorian style photo. So she takes the book and said we can go to the back. All of this with a miserable "dont care" look and attitude the whole time. I ignored it because I figured we'd go to the back and deal with the photographer from that point. But instead that same girl goes and starts to sort through the outfits, and picks what I personally felt was the ugliest dress on the rack, so I told her that I didn't really like that dress and it didn't give me real big Victorian vibes, I would like a poofier dress (this one in my opinion looked like a shabby renaissance dress). Well she then started to argue with me, she pointed to the one that I said I didn't like and said "That one is Victorian, this one is not and this one is not, that one is (pointing to the prettier and poofier dresses which were very Victorian)" in quite a bratty tone. And the photographer chimed in and said "So you want more of a Southern belle than a Victorian dress." I said yes, but honestly in my experience they're the same, right? At this point I'm just thinking: This is our photo, we will have it on our wall for forever, this is supposed to be a positive and exciting experience, and here I am getting all of this nasty attitude from this lady and I shouldn't have to argue my case to get the dress prop I want. Get a different one, move on. Why is that hard? It was the last straw, so I turned to my husband and said "I honestly don't want to do this anymore, this lady is rude." I knew I wouldn't be able to even smile with the way she brought down our mood. He agreed, we told them we were going to pass and we left. Will never go back. We went to Buster's Old Time Photo instead and they were wonderful. Save your time if you're looking for affordable photos, Buster's was great and only a few dollars more and this place isn't worth this if you want to enjoy your time taking your photos.

While the photos were good, unlike other places they only took 3. And not of different groups of the 8 of us. I’ll go elsewhere and suggest you try Busters on the Landing.

My wife and I stopped by to get a souvenir of our anniversary trip, we had been to a competitor of theirs back in 2010 with our whole family.But since it was just my wife and I we wanted to do something different than the typical saloon picture and these guys had several different options several sets and tons of costumes. We decided for my wife as a southern lady and me a confederate Calvary officer but I suggested an eye patch and it turned out awesome. The two employees Ben and Kelsey were very courteous and friendly,and we would highly recommend this place

We stopped in for the first time ever doing an old time photo shoot we first walked in the door a gal working there had us sign in and look at the pose book... within a few minutes we were putting on our outfits for the photos... my brother is not one for having his photo done but seemed comfortable with doing it... he decided to break away from the normal look and his photo.w his wife turned out great it represented them... mine and my wife's was really good too... then the fun really began my wife said she wanted to get a pic w me and my brother together... the girl working w us made it happen... we dressed up like two hillbillies in overalls (brother put his on backwards) we worked the car into shoot w banjo booze bottles etc... I just wish we could have filmed the whole session... Thanks for the memories and the girl was a taller blondish gal didn't catch her name I doubt she'll forget us

The young lady is probably new to her job. She does not how to take a good picture or how to set up background. She can’t make a baby smile and it is too expensive for 1 shoot. Highly not recommended

Our family of four had a blast doing this. The costumes and scenes were great! I would recommend this to EVERY family visiting Branson. It's an affordable experience that's tons of fun and taking the photo home becomes the perfect souvenir to remember a great vacation with!! Loved this place!

Felt we were rushed, seemed as if the worker/photographer was more interested in talking to her friend who stopped in to see her. She took 5 photos for us to pick from. Was not impressed. However she did make our theme happen that we requested. She didn't make our experience very good. Disappointing

Didn't feel like we got what we paid for. Pictures were taken by a young lady that had been working here for 2 days. She even admitted to not knowing what she was doing. Owner talked to her very unprofessional, with no respect. The pictures were not centered and you can see the set next to the one we were in. I would not recommend.
