I need more stars! Their very personal level of service is wonderful, as is their craftsmanship, so this isn't a rush-in-rush-out disposable-type place. If you have the time (hehe) start a conversation as their mechanical knowledge is vast. I have a beautiful wall-clock that has sentimental value, but isn't particularly valuable. It started losing time and stopping before its 31-day cycle and I feared the worst. Lou not only got it working again (inexpensively, I might add since it just needed it's 5-yr oiling), but he educated me about winding, care of the case and maintenance to keep it running. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Lou! You're a gem!

This place is little but you will get your passport photos just in few minutes. I’m very picky when it comes to photo selection. I asked a guy named “Dan” if he can take few more pictures and he didn’t say no. I like the picture we both chose on my passport. Besides taking photos, they repair watches as well.

I've not had these guys make a passport photo, but, they DID do some spectacular work on an old Cuckoo clock that my mother in law had received from her now deceased son who bought it new while stationed in Belgium during the early eighties. (my brother in law died in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans) The fellow that fixed it had to pretty much rebuild all of the guts in the clock including the mechanical motor replacement, mechanical movements of the dancing and sawing figurines on top of the clock and the bellows that make the cuckoo sound. This was two years ago and the old clock is still cuckooing, sawing and dancing away. The local clock/watch smith here where I live in Kentucky told me that he just wouldn't have even tried to have repaired that clock for the tediousness and time it would have consumed. I'm eternally grateful to the fellow that did because that old clock brings my eighty year old mother in law joy every time it cuckoos the hour. Not enough stars on google to express my gratitude. Thanks Fella's!! From a Kentucky son in law.

This place is awesome! Able to make some visa photos for me that I couldn't get done anywhere else as they were an irregular size. The man behind the counter was extremely precise and made sure my photos would fit the specifications even when he had to take multiple pictures to do it. Cheaper than Walgreens, and WAY better quality. Will recommend to anybody who asks!!

Over the past twenty years, I have had numerous watches and a couple of clocks repaired, many watch batteries replaced, bought watch bands and have had passport photos taken here. The work is beautifully thorough and if they feel someone else in town is a better fit for a very specific watch, they are gracious in recommending that craftsman. About Time is a great place. Came here for Canadian passport photo. Friend of mine also came with me and had a watch checked out. Both of us where happy with the results. A unique one stop shop for both needs. One of the owners is a down to business kind of guy and the other is a jokester. Do yourself a favor and go near the top of the hour so you can experience all the clocks ringing the hour.

After several tries and failures for my Canadian passports as well as Green Card application everywhere, I finally found Dan 2 years ago. The gentleman knows his job very well. We have been a constant customer ever since because the quality the photos (light, background, hue, shades, etc) is of professional studio grade, the photos are ready in a blink of time, the price is certainly unbeatable and...Dan is a great person. He is polite, quiet and very respectable. As a picky person I am, I certainly recommend this place.

Went in to get a battery for my watch. I ended up buying 9 batteries for all my watches. Dan is a great guy and does excellent work. It's a little Shop that's not REAL easy to find, but once you know where it is, it's very easy to find !! I will always go back here to get all my watch & clock repairs done. These guys are the BEST !!! I don't think you can get a watch battery anywhere in town put in your watch done cheaper than Dan does it !! He's very nice and personable. Answers any & all questions I had. Is very knowledgeable about watches. This is definitely where I will go from now on for my watch repairs !! Left a couple of very old watches with them for repair, and subsequently never heard from them again. I'm very busy and cannot follow up on my repairs regularly, and expected them to do so, as every other watch maker I've used has done. They did not, and by the time that I remembered to do so, the sixty day time period after which they claim your property had already passed. Very frustrating.
