My stepdaughter has called several times and is being given the run around about her senior portraits that I ordered, nearly $300.00. Check was cashed, she was told to begin with we would receive her pictures before Christmas, and now we still have no pictures and still a run around about why we haven't received them. Will be contacting the better business bureau about this soon because these are special to her. She was told that she would have gotten them sooner if we had paid online, and then told they wouldn't be sent out until they received all of the ones THEY ordered and got back in for the entire school. So which is it? We are a state away and we are told one thing, then another. Senior years are already expensive, without being taken for $300.00 and then having to scramble to get more done for her. Please stop making up different stories to her every time she calls!

I have waited since December for 1 picture. I called and finally got it a few weeks ago. The editing was horrible. I called and was told in a week a new one would be sent out. It is a Thursday. I have called everyday this week, multiple times a day, and cannot get an answer. No voicemail. No call back. Nothing. I just want an answer as to where this one picture is at. It was taken in December. It is almost April.
