I've ordered from them before and it was always such a pleasant experience until this year the guy was such a push over, very rude and had a nasty attitude! Not sure if he was the owner or what but the ladies did a much better job! Will never order from them again! It's convenient while your there but definitely not worth it at all! Don't let them waste your time!

We used him at River Oaks. We thought it was a pleasant experience until now. It’s been seven weeks and we have yet to receive our pictures. My husband and I have called five times. No one will return our calls. We paid that day and our son will never be that little again so in a way the photographer has robbed us of that memory besides taking our money. It’s been a very upsetting experience and you would be better off using someone else or taking your own pictures.

My son's pictures wasn't worth the money, could have had better backgrounds. The pictures look like something really cheap and simple anyone could have done them. I feel like we spent so much money for nothing, not satisfied, was more satisfied 4 years ago with my daughter's pictures. The heavy set lady that took the pics stated to me that you can't have black and white pics and color ones in one order that's not true I got color and black and white photos 4years ago.
