NEVER AGAIN. Paid for two packages of photos, one for each of my children. One package was delivered, but the second was not. A month later, I have tried to contact the studio by phone and email five times in the last week and have gotten no response. They are quick to take your money, but won't deliver the product or respond to any contact! From now on, I will just take my kids to get portraits done separate from the school pictures.

PSA shouldnt use this company! Did Spring Ball and still havent recieved my sons photo's??? It is now the end of June!! How and where do I get photos? you all just stole my money!!!

This place is a mess! Been dealing with them over 6yrs due to my Children's school. Never fails, I'm ALWAYS missing something out of my order. But this year took the cake! Not only did it take spring pic proofs, just proofs not even pic orders!) OVER a month to come back (due to them missing some and had to wait for them to be shipped) We finally get the order, and guess what.... I'm not missing just 1, but 3 magnets!!! With a note in the package saying to call with an address and they'd mail the missing one's! But when you call, nobody ever answers so you have to leave a message
