HORRIBLE do not order your pictures here. THEY SEND PICTURES ON A CD, what computer UPTODATE computer has a cd on it, you email the owner SEVERAL TIMES and you never get a response. NEVER. I buy the ENTIRE package thinking at least if there is an issue they will respond THEY DO NOT RESPOND....Time to go to social media this company is awful and the school system better think of getting a new photographer

I have been trying for weeks and weeks to get someone there to print my daughter's school photos. I've talked to two different people and left two voicemail messages, and no one ever calls back as promised. No Christmas photos for her grandparents, I guess. I'm very frustrated. UPDATE: A couple of hours after I left this review, I received a call back from Mark, the person to whom I originally spoke. The photos won't get here by Christmas, but he took the order and hopefully I'll get them soon-ish!

I ordered the same packages for my daughters! All together I paid $90.. Not a bad deal for two packages, with 2 8×10s, 2 5×7, 2 3×5, 20 deluxe wallets, and 8 small wallets! Pa haha! I spent $90 fot that and a sheet of smaller wallets! For three weeks now, I have called and promised to have been promised, i would recieve the pictues by the end of the week! Gah
