Absolutely horrible experience with Donae. We paid for a mermaid photo shoot in April 2017 but were unable to schedule the shoot until that August because she was unresponsive to messages and "too busy" traveling. Then we did not receive the edited images until April 2018, a full YEAR after we paid for them (after multiple messages asking about the pictures, which she never responded to). Half of the pictures were missing fins, which was the whole point of the shoot, and a handful had her logo in the corner. We tried contacting her about the missing fins and logos and received no response. She is the most unprofessional photographer I have ever dealt with.
