Had an issue with an order, and they fixed it immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure that my order was right and I am thrilled. I ran into an employee outside of their office and talked to him about my order. I wasnt even planning on calling about it, i was just going to take the pictures as is. A couple hours after running into their employee, I had a voicemail from them saying that my new pictures were already in the mail! Talk about fast and friendly service!!

I have had nothing but problems with trying to reorder pictures.... The photo ID does not work online.... I've left several emails and never got a return email or phone call. Every single time I call the office during listed business hours, nobody answers the phone, it has a busy signal, and or nobody calls you back... even though for days I have left messages on the voicemail, yet still no reply... It's ridiculous never had this issue with Lifetouch. I will be encouraging Utica Community Schools to think about rehiring a different Photography Studio.

I cannot get ahold of anyone! I emailed regarding three preorders that I've made online. I only got one email confirmation about one order so I was worried my other kids did not get their orders in. I get no email response. Two days later, I call and no one answers!! I called a few more time (all during their business hours) and still no answer! Low and behold, my credit card statement shows the charges but I should be able to get a reply or get ahold of someone before having to check my credit card transactions!

The staff were friendly and courteous. Getting a school picture retake done here, with a five year old, was much easier than I had expected it to be. We were in and out in about fifteen minutes and the picture came out beautifully. When it arrived at our home the package was a bit damaged but the staff has carefully placed it between some sturdy cardboard that protected it from any damage. Thank you for making the retake a breeze!

I ordered my son's high school pictures from this company online and was charged $6.00 shipping. I got the package today with a $1.78 first class postage stamp affixed to the envelope. I am very disappointed to know that we would be taken advantage of like that. Very poor business!!!

Very professional! Very nice too. They have quite the facilities to do School portraits on site. If you're a Michigan school, support Michigan companies by using Kaiser because they do everything on site in Troy, Michigan.

I originally emailed the company to discuss an order correction for my son's class picture. I soon forgot about it and it took me two months to realize that I never got a response from my initial inquiry. I called the company and received a courteous apology and they made up for the error by sending me my original order request straight to my home address. They also let me keep the incorrect set of pictures (which were nice). Overall, a great experience. The lady on the phone was very kind, and remedied the situation without hesitation. Very pleased.
