Our son's newborn photo session with Kim was amazing. Its not easy to get a 6 day old to cooperate- but she did it! The studio was nice and warm, calmly lit and had a heartbeat track playing. Our son was relaxed and asleep for the majority of the 90 minute session- and the images came out great! Kim was able to get very image we hoped for. Package prices are extremely reasonable and turn around time is so fast! We'll be going back for sure!

Kim reached out to us to offer to take pictures of our family and newly adopted foster dog, as she is very passionate about rescuing animals. She didn't have to do this for us, so this act of kindness alone speaks volumes. She was always available via Facebook messenger or email, and we found a mutually good time to go to her studio. Her studio is SUPER easy to find with great parking, is cozy and you feel comfortable and at home. We of course had our new rescue dog, who is a jumpy 70 pound puppy, and Kim took it all in stride. If your looking for the most perfect photographer... Look no further. I wouldnt have wanted to have anyone else capturing our special day! Everything was on point. They go from being casual fun loving friends while not photographing, to 1000% focused hard working professionals while photographing. They make you feel perfect and confident and happy with everything and every move you make and every move they make. My wedding day ended up being hotter than the fires of hell with humidity at a million percent!! They never ever lost focus!! Soaked with sweat and clearly melting, they never stumbled, they never showed any discomfort...they always made sure we had water and that we were hydrated and safe and comfortable... And trust me when I say, groom and I were very hot and frazzled by the heat and humidity but the way they work helps you forget how hot you are on a day like that. They work amazingly well together and even managed to get all our pictures done with time for our extra requests. We had a few pictures we didn't want public due to being in just about no clothing and they had no problem putting those pictures in a private gallery locked with a password.. im absolutely ecstatic with the results, the pictures have brought me to tears and helped me relive the most perfect day ever!! I also got to see quite a few things we missed throughout the day from being so busy, which made me even happier! You gotta be nuts to not go with Kimberly Hatch Photography!! Love love love!!

Macaroni Kid Westfield-Southwick Edition

We chose Kimberly for our son's senior pictures and she did an amazing job! She really took into consideration what we wanted as far as backgrounds. We got some great outdoor shots around her studio in Westfield. We ended up with tons of great pictures to choose from. She made it so fun for me and my son. We got some wonderful pictures that we will treasure forever!

I needed over a dozen photos for a website redesign, in different locations (including studio) with multiple clothing changes. As a former designer/art director, I am discerning and not easy to please. Kim nailed everything. She was professional, skilled with the camera, and closely followed my web designer's instructions. Big fan! I asked Kim to run a day-long corporate shoot with around 20 employees and customers. It was a logistical feat and a long day but she kept it moving and we got some great photos which will fill our marketing for the coming year. Not only that, it was a lot of fun. I've been a distant fan of hers for years, following her on Facebook and looking at the photos she posts of her many different shoots. Then, when it came to my maternity session I discovered that not only does she take fantastic photos, she also makes you feel so comfortable to be photographed! The whole photo shoot experience was enjoyable and memorable in and of itself! The only issue? We now have way too many beautiful family photos to choose from and not enough space to hang them all! We chose to work with Kimberly Hatch Photography for our family holiday photos and could not be happier with our experience! Kim is a pleasure to work with and was VERY accommodating with our requests from the beginning (arranging a session time, photo turn-around time, background requests, etc.). Communication was great with Kim as she always responded in a timely manner and was happy to answer any questions we had. When we arrived at her studio, we were thrilled with how she materialized our request for a minimalistic holiday set. During the session, our one-year-old had a few bouts of fussiness, which Kim had limitless patience with and worked around. Throughout the session, she added in different props she had in the studio which really enhanced some of the photos and ended up being some of our favorite pictures. We look forward to working with Kim again in the future!
