good service but costly $30 for passport photo soft-copy on 1.8GB usb drive ( they will not take your usb drive ) + $15 for normal passport photos . moreover USPS ( 155 Father Morissette Blvd, Lowell ) sends everyone here and doesn't take photographs at USPS citing broken camera .

Went there to take a pair of passport pictures.Whilst the picture itself was ok they overcharged my credit card by as much as $32.62 for a picture that should only have cost me $12.When I drew the lady's attention to it she became defensive and refused to refund the amount overcharged me.Since I don't have the time and money to get my money back through the courts I have decided to let go.I wouldn't personally do business with them again.If you however decide to do business with them then make sure you really scrutinize the receipt they issue you because they might charge you twice for the same service with the hope that you might be too busy to notice it.

Quick passport photo. Friendly merchant. I can't comment on the wide range of services they offer, but if you're getting your passport done, they're a good option. She let me take the photo as many times as I wanted, and keep the one I liked best. Not really much to tell, but 5-stars for what I needed.

Very good quality work for more than ten years that I have used Eastern. They are particularly good with any task that requires personal skill, like color or tone balancing. This includes scanning some thirty odd rolls of 1960's era BW negatives and slides, B&W prints and general film developing and printing. The localized scanning services have the added advantage that the originals never leave the premisses, so they can't get lost in the mail if personally dropped off. One particularly good job I just got back today was the enlargement and scan of an old passport photo to 4x6. Good color and tone and no artifacts.

Excellent place to restore old photo's or transfer from one format to another. I had noticed they also do passport photo's on site as well. Easy access with a good amount of parking right off Middlesex St. in Lowell, MA.

I needed to get a passport picture put on a CD for an id. After searching the web I found Eastern. I am glad I did. They took an excellent picture and matched the requirements exactly. The CD was ready in about 10 mins. The person who took the picture and processed the CD was extremely nice.

WORST EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE CHEATERS... THEY CHARGED ME MORE . I DIDN'T KNOW CHARGES AT FIRST . RUDE AND ARROGANT. I ADVISE SOME OTHER PHOTO STUDIO..THEY ALSO OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT TO 25$ WHEN IT WAS ONLY 12$....Please check your receipt when u decide to go them..

I just had to leave a review for this place. It's SUCH a gem. I have been there twice now for various complex photographs (I have 3 nationalities, all with very different requirements), and both times they have been excellent. Thorough, efficient and polite, as well as a great value. Highly recommend!
