my son's pictures came out absolutely perfect! i submitted my order but realized i needed more sheets and they added them on no problem and they comped the shipping for me. i also wanted to purchase more prints almost a year later for a photo book for my son and they still had the link available for me to purchase the digital prints and i got them right after i made the purchase. their customer service is absolutely outstanding - they return emails and phone calls right away. i couldn't be any happier with them!!!

Picture Lady came to my kid's preschool and got the cutest photos of him! This is a kid who normally looks nervous to terrified in professional shots and the photographer was able to give us three relaxed poses that showcased his sweet personality. We were so happy with the photos. :-)

Such an amazing experience. Chirp did my boys school pictures and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike was a great help when it came to getting a solo picture of my grumpy infant. They captured amazing pictures of the boys together and Mike was able to edit a photo of both of my boys as if my oldest was never in it. He was fast in answering my questions and more than happy to help.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE our photographer, Bethany! She always takes the time needed for the kids to feel comfortable with her. She never rushes through to take her 3 poses. All of my clients LOVE their pictures! I have some that graduate from me but still come on picture day because they are THAT GREAT! I’ll never have any other photographer come to my daycare for pictures! PICTURE LADY IS THE BEST!!!!!!

Picture Lady, LLC does the photos for my son's school. I was not there while they were taken but the end result was amazing! His photos came out so good and I am so pleased that they were able to have my son sit, pose and smile for the camera! I ordered the photos I wanted and got them in a very timely manner! I can't recommend the Picture Lady LLC highly enough!! Kim photographed my one-year-old son who fussed and had tantrums throughout his entire photo shoot. Kim stayed so calm and kind the whole time!! She worked miracles to get my son to smile and laugh. His pictures came out AMAZING! I can't thank her enough! My daughter was also photographed her daycare center by the Picture Lady. The photographer got such a natural smile out of my daughter! We are soooooo pleased and grateful!!

The Picture Lady did a great job with our children's school photos. My daughter was not having a great morning but when she went for her photos our photographer was VERY patient and ended up getting her laughing and she actually enjoyed the session. It was a great experience from taking the pictures through ordering them. Thank you!!
