I've purchased from them dozens of times as they have the a bit of a monopoly on all of the events in the area. They seem to do all of the school team photos, rec. teams, father daughter dances, etc. that my kids participate in. They've made mistakes on orders in the past and fixed them relatively well. Their rates are alright, they charge as much or more than other photographers who often spend more time insuring they get better individual shots while doing these high volume sessions. In their defense I've seen some amazing individual session photos that they've done. I'm finally fed up because of my recent struggles trying to get photos. Admittedly, I missed getting the standard order form ahead of time but my daughter did bring one home from the photo day. I started calling their office right away during their regular business hours. No one has answered the phone in 3 weeks! I've initially left a messages letting them know what happened and that I wanted to order photos. I have called several times over the past weeks and have yet to get their promised call back as soon as possible from their answering machine. Update: I checked their Facebook page and it appears that they have had a family matter that may have been affecting their service the past few weeks. I'm anxiously awaiting their callback :-)
