Could never put into words how thankful I am for Missy and Jenny and their patience and work and all that they do. If you’re on the fence about doing a session, I will put it to you like this, you WILL make more money. But you will not always have an opportunity to do something like this. You walk out of that studio a totally different woman, more confident, it’s kind of like you find the woman you’re fighting to be when you’re there. I loved it so much, I did it twice. Lol! You will never regret the money spent on this experience. I will never forget how good I felt leaving there after seeing those photos of myself. It’s something every woman in today’s society needs to feel! Trust me! ❤️ I’ve battled with depression/anxiety more than I’d like to admit, and I’m constantly beating myself up and feeling like I’m not enough, and when you walk down those stairs out of Missy’s studio, you feel like you can conquer the world. These sessions were more than just photos for me, they were my strength in one of the hardest times of my entire life and my reminder to myself that I am enough! No matter what, I AM ENOUGH!

Missy and Jenny are awesome. They made me and my wife feel so comfortable and welcome. This experience was mainly for my wife but we did a couples shoot as well. Let me tell you i was a little nervous as she was but they answered all our questions and as soon as we met in person we were sold. Missy is an awesome photographer and Jenny is an amazing makeup artist. I always tell my wife she was beautiful but this gave me an even more beautiful look on my wife and let her see what I see. I love the work these two put in and would recommend them to all woman and encourage all husbands to do this with there wives. It’s an experience you won’t forget!!!!!

If you are looking to do a boudoir session you've come to the right place. Jenny does a wonderful job of accentuating your beauty while Missy does an amazing job of capturing your beauty. Both women make the experience comfortable and fun! I can honestly say I had two separate experiences in one because doing the shoot and then going through the results will effect you in different positive ways.

This was my second boudoir session ever. I had my first one with a photographer friend when I was 40 and over 300 lbs. I enjoyed my first session, but I only really liked a couple of the pictures. I found The Beauty of You on Facebook and I loved the style and mood of the photos I saw. Sexy but classy, hot but not trashy. I loved that it was a local business too! I saw sneak peeks of lots of different body types & sizes and I was encouraged. I had weight loss surgery and I’ve lost 126 lbs, but I’m still not in love with my body. I went to my session nervous because I wasn’t sure I’d be able to pull off some of the poses I’d seen. And true to form, I hadn’t practiced arching my back (seriously, practice). Jenny is an incredible hair & makeup artist who makes you look beautiful and highlights your best features and Missy will pose you and direct you on placement to accentuate the things you want to show off. She’s open to your ideas and you’ll laugh the whole time because you’ll feel like old friends. You owe it to yourself to try it. Celebrate you. Feel good in your own skin, regardless of the size, or age of it. Dress in what makes you feel sexy, whether that’s a Walmart bra & panties or very expensive lingerie. Do it. You won’t regret it.

Everything about the experience was phenomenal. From the first phone call, Missy works to ease your fears about the process. Arriving at the studio, I was nervous, but that went away SO quickly. Jenny made me feel so beautiful (her compliments about my beauty while doing my makeup were definitely helpful too). All three of us started talking as soon as I walked in, and didn’t stop until I left. It was such a comfortable experience. I gained a new level of confidence in myself that wouldn’t have been possible without them. When I first reviewed my photos I was in AWE that they hadn’t been retouched. Missy’s use of lighting and angles definitely made me see the beauty that I sometimes miss when looking in a mirror. It was WELL worth it!

What a phenomenal experience! Missy and Jenny are amazing! The whole time I was there, I felt like a professional model. We jammed out to 80's music and had a great time. Missy and Jenny will completely make you feel at ease and you will wonder why you waited. I know myself I put it off for five years thinking I was not thin enough, tight enough or just not “enough” which was just ridiculous when I think back on it now. The day of my appointment I had anxiety but after I saw my preview on the screen and Missy‘s amazing talent of photography (without any Photoshop, just beautiful picture taking and lighting) I completely felt at ease and then proud of myself for finally doing something on my list! I scheduled my appointment with The Beauty of You because of the beautiful pictures I saw of all shapes and sizes of women. When it came the day of my session. I seconded guess my self soooo much. On the drive there I came up with every excuse I could think of to cancel. I even sat in my car writing a text message asking if I could just pay a cancellation fee to leave. But instead of sending the message I decided to say screw it and do it. Talk about the best decision I have ever made. From having my make up done and hair fix to being able to pick through an array of different outfits I was to scared to buy for for my self in the store they had it all. I’m not a “sexy” person at all but they told me how to pose and what to do and holy cow I have to say the pictures were beyond perfect. For me a mother of 5 kids to look at a picture of my self and say wow is an understatement. I smiled laughs and cried good tears in my session because I felt beautiful for the first time in a very long time. So thank you two ladies from the bottom of my heart for making “my day” all about me and making me love myself again. This is a must for every women I know. Do this for you, I promise you will not regret it.

I had a great day with Missy & Jenny last Monday and I was pretty nervous when I got to the studio. I’m 53, overweight, and post menopausal; how could I possibly look and feel like the beauties in this group? The studio itself is very relaxing. I started with a mimosa and Jenny doing my hair/makeup; when she turned the chair around for me to look in the mirror all I do could do was gasp! I felt like a glamorous model! Missy and I talked about what I wanted out of my session then she got to work. We picked outfits, she helped with poses, moved me to different windows for better light, and even moved furniture around! When I viewed my pics on the big monitor, I almost FELL OUT! Is that me? That can’t possibly be me! But guess what? It was me and I’ve never felt sexier or more body confident in my entire life. It gave me a natural high that I still have over a week later.
