My son was scheduled to take senior portraits at his high school. They looked very disorganized, had to wait more than an hour from his appointment to get his turn. Don’t understand why schools have to use them. Stay away from this business!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can not believe how unprofessional these people are. Prestige came to my school and brought a photographer that was not only rude to the students but to the schools staff. The photographer made me feel uncomfortable and scared throughout the whole session. She let me look at three pictures for one second and told me to get off the stage. I absolutely hated the outcome and could not schedule a retake. Rudest photographer I have ever encountered. All students are were dissatisfied with their portraits and many had to re-take them. Just horrible and disgusted by the service.

I have been trying to get ahold of the place to schedule my childs senior yearbook photo for the past two months. I have left 3 voicemails and the email and noone EVER answers the phone or responds.

Hire anyone else to take your child's photos but this company. Ridiculously expensive. Poor quality prints. Nonexistent customer service (call wait times are over 45 minutes to get someone live on the phone and same with on line chat).

O rating if I could! Who ever says they've had good service with Prestige Lifetouch is a LIE! My son is a graduate from Sandia HS class of 2019 (3rd graduate from Sandia in last 5 yrs.) I had the worst experience with this place for the 2nd time! I called in about 10 times or more to schedule a sitting for our graduate's pictures and family portraits. My first 2 calls were in February , one of these calls was answered and the woman said she'd call me back but never did. I never received a call back after 10 or more messages during the last 4 months of school. Prestige Lifetouch let me down! Very very poor service! There is no excuse! Business run very poorly since 2016. Terrible!

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! This company has frustrated me so much and pictures haven't been taken yet!!! I keep getting transferred to different call centers, and then told that they don't handle my area and I live in a metropolitan area!! (I want to change the assigned appointment)!!!! I feel that I'm held hostage to this company, since they are the only company that is approved to take these pictures for the yearbook, if the pictures aren't taken, no pictures in the yearbook!

I had the best experience at prestige Portraits my two photographers were great they were completely honest with me if I had a fly away they would tell me and they would make sure my pictures were just how I wanted them to I loved all the pictures they took of me and I want to thank Tiffany and Kenny for being such great photographers and making my experience at prestige the best.

Prices are rediculous! $57 for a sitting session then over $300 just for a couple pictures? And we’re forced to use prestige because it’s senior pictures and my school chose them. The photographers were nice and I had a good session, but the price is totally not worth it.

500 bucks for graduation pictures and you guys can’t even iron the gowns you put the kids in. Hilarious. Walgreens with a digital camera better way to go. When you call the automated system loops and loops and then you get stuck with a foreign person who doesn’t even understand what it means to buy the rights to a photograph.

I never leave bad reviews. This was a terrible experience. First of all, I paid for three outfits for my son's senior shoot that was set up by the school. The email specifically said he could have three outfits. They wouldn't allow him to change and required it be the cap and gown and tuxedo outfit. 3 weeks later, no pics. I called corporate. They have no record of his session. I try to call the local number, it forwards me right back to corporate. Terrible arrangement. ------Update-----They sent another invitation to have photos done Monday. We already did them, a month ago. What a joke. Now we are strong armed into having them done AGAIN or he will not be included in the yearbook. This is beyond grounds for a bad review.

Stay away from this establishment! I had made an online appointment for my daughter, received multiple emails about the appointment to make sure we showed up and the photographer did not! We waited 45 minutes, could not even speak with someone to find out what was going on, could only leave a message. When they finally called me back the photographer claimed she was there, she was not!! Not reputable or trustworthy. I will take my business elsewhere. I had to leave one star for this to be posted, they do not even deserve that.

I recently placed an order for my daughters senior pictures .... Prior to authorizing the final package, the Prestige associate explained I have 30 days after receiving the pictures to make any changes if I was not happy with what I received. Well a small part of the order was NOT to my liking .... Called to make the changes and the representative explained that's all they offer and also explained this is the most common choice, so my daughter isn't going to be the only one . REALLY!!! I paid good money for average pictures. Not sure why Prestige Portraits were chosen! Never will I use these people again !!!

I have had the worse experience, I’m a senior from Valencia highschool and from the start it was horrible. I was waiting 45 minutes after the time of my scheduled time and then the people acted in such a rush. When I got the previews in the mail they put the wrong name and when I called they assured me that they would have it fixed before it was sent to the school. I got my yearbook and it was still the wrong name. The people at my school couldn’t do anything about it so my name in the yearbook isn’t mine.

My son was scheduled on 2 occasions for a portrait where he had a confirmation number with a date and a time. No one from this company showed up. My son missed work. I traveled an hour from work for this appointment. My time is valuable and its unfortunate that this company and its resources are so unprofessional

My high school made all the seniors use Prestige for our senior photos. The photo session itself was okay. The photographer gave me some questionable poses like putting the side of my face up against a tree trunk. I wish that the photographer offered to let me see a few of the photos on the camera so I could retake them right then and there. Instead, I saw all the photos online a few weeks later and hated all of them except one. If I was able to look at some of the photos during the photo session, I would've been able to smile differently and realize that my bra was visible in all the photos and fix it. Then I noticed that they only gave me proofs of 6 out of the 9 poses that I took. When I asked them about it over the phone, they said that "they might not have turned out well". Still, I would've liked to see all the photos that I paid for. When I selected the one that I liked from my proofs, I realized that they only gave me that photo in black and white while they gave me all the other ones in black and white and color. I was disappointed because I wanted my photos to be in color, and now I wasn't even able to see the only one I liked the way I wanted it. I ended up be forced to order it over the phone because there was no way to change it online. This made me miss an online order discount, which would've been nice because the photos were extremely expensive anyway (almost $20 per photo).

This company is not as professional as I was told. I should have read the reviews before taking my senior pictures with them. I took my pictures three weeks ago and I was told that it would take two weeks for my proofs to come out. Yesterday was the deadline for seniors to pick their yearbook picture and I was never sent my proofs, as everyone else who had their pictures done the same day as me had received theirs. Therefore, my picture will not be in the yearbook because Prestige Portraits has not either sent them in the mail or sent an email with the access code to see them online. The photographer was obviously just there because she had to be. There is a difference between working for money and working because you enjoy it. There was no conversation.. just "turn this way", "turn that way", etc. The overall experience was not something I would suggest.I have been trying to reach them all morning. Three phones, all calls have been ringing for at least 12 minutes. The most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced.

My head is excessively slanted in all of the pictures. None of the poses that met my school's requirement for a yearbook photo were in a gown and a cap. Its a graduation picture so I don't understand how that didn't occur to them. To be fair, the photographer was nice and made me laugh which reflected on the photos. However, I wish I could pick the pose i really wanted for my yearbook photo.

I at first never heard of this company before. I was supposed to take my yearbook photo from them. After I took my photos and I tried going online to view them, they never sent me the access code that was supposed to be provided in the mail. And the photos that got mailed to me, all of them have watermarks and I have to view them online. And I can't even view them online when they didn't provide me with the stupid access code in the first place. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
