The owner, Larry Perez allowed me a free session to familiarize myself with the studio's tools, capabilities, props, backdrops, and informed me overall on how to fully utilize my time while renting out this space. Larry could not have been more accommodating or helpful! He went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a studio owner and was ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The experience Larry possesses paired with his genuine care for those that want to use this studio is unparalleled.
