I would not recommend GS Memory Maker as a photographer nor a videographer. My wife and I have yet to receive our thank you cards or the other products purchased in our package...we got married two years ago. Tony was so accommodating prior to the wedding day and afterwards when the fulfillment of our agreement was due it became surprisingly different from when we had first arranged business with him. When reviewing the videos that were given to us they were distorted and the pictures were equally as bad. A word of caution - a lot of time and money is spent on a wedding day, make sure you invest a reputable photographer as these pictures are what you future spouses will remember for many years to come. Great customer service! We ordered a CD with our son's pictures and for some reason the CD was missing. Tony went above and beyond to take care of us and have our CD within minutes. Oh, and we love the pictures!! Thank you!

GS Memory maker were absolutely fabulous. Wonderful people and easy to work with. They want to make sure your event is captured for you to have pictures and video to look back on. They truly care about you. They are top quality.

If I could them a Zero I would. They seemed awesome to work with when we met them at the Bridal Expo this year. Well once we paid things changed. Tony was over 30 minutes late to our engagement shoot. After the shoot I explained I would like to see the pictures and pick the ones we wanted for our save the dates so they could edit those and get our save the dates out ASAP. Well Tony said we should have them in a week or two. That time passed and once 30 days had hit I had to call and email multiple times and they were several days past the 30 day mark, when the contract says we will have them within 30 days. When we got the pictures I literally cried! They were terrible and not the quality we had been shown when we booked. I've contacted them about canceling the contract and getting a refund and Tony finally agreed. That was on April 20th and I still have not received the paperwork to end the contract, the refund, or my copy of the engagement pictures that we are paying for even though we hated them. He said he would have time to get to it this weekend after I had already extended the deadline of when he would need to get this done by, still nothing. Do not use them unless you enjoy terrible pictures and bad customer service.
