Read did my sons senior pictures a couple years ago. My son and I were both in a bad mood and were not happy with the clothes we took for the session. The photographer relaxed us and made the experience fun. Loved the results too!

Photos seem all right but I didn't even get past the bitchy receptionist or whoever she was. I called about a promotional offer that was handed out to me at a pet grooming salon and thought it would be a great idea to get my dog in (perfect timing right?). The woman sounded disinterested, bitchy, rude, and appeared to have no idea what I was talking about. She put me on hold and came back and just classified me as 'pet pictures' with no word about the promotional offer or not. I asked about how much it would be (I wasn't sure if this was some business tactic to bypass the promotion and trick me into paying more for a full session) and she ignored that statement too and just kept pushing for when I wanted to be booked. She made me feel like an idiot. I was not going to take my dog anywhere near there. Sad too because the pictures themselves looked great. I'd suggest this business swap out whose answering the phones ASAP.

He is obviously a great photographer. We had portraits done of our children here and even though they were very expensive, it was worth it for what we received. I wouldn't go here over and over again, but for big milestones it's a great experience! We felt really special having a photo shoot done at Read Photography.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought the customer service at Read was terrible! The receptionist was terribly rude and was not sympathetic towards my situation whatsoever. I ended up having to pay for photos that were never even given to me!! What a scam! Please get some nicer people to work for you Jon.

Called to make an appointment for family photos, however, the gal who answered the phone sounded as if my call was a complete inconvenience to her. Obviously we will not be customers of Read Photography!

I thought the experience was extremely different from my experience with other photographers. When they took my sisters photos they cut her session short and took every photo of her being put in the same pose. Plus, they were extremely rude to my family and I do not recommend them to anyone...
