An amazing team! Nicole and Jess feel like family! Nicole has been taking care of us since the girls were young! She’s been there through homecoming, prom and now weddings! Jess has a way of capturing ever moment in the perfect way. The day goes by so fast but Jess captures it so well that you can remember that day forever! I am so excited to see everything she has created from out last wedding! I know they will be amazing!!

Jess and Nicole were fantastic to work with! Since Nicole has been cutting my daughter's hair since she was 5 yrs old, it only made sense to have her involved in her Senior pictures! Nicole did her hair and makeup for the styled portion of the shoot and listened to everything Allie wanted and knew when to offer suggestions for things that would make the shoot and photos even better. This was our first time working with Jess but it didn't take long to see her passion for what she does! She made the photo shoot very comfortable and relaxing and knew exactly how to make things feel very natural. When it was time to view the proofs I'm 100% positive Jess was just as excited as Allie and I! We were blown away by every picture and would definitely recommend Monroe & Co to everyone!

Well I cant describe my experience with them because I tried to contact them various times through their website and called and left a message. It has been weeks since I first tried to contact them and still nothing. If I cant even get a hold of them now it makes me wonder what would it be like working with them... UPDATE: They found me on facebook and contacted me. I am waiting to hear on pricing and packages they offer. Glad they took the time to try to make things right. Update #2 They did a follow up contact and wanted to try to make things right. Even though I still have not had any service from them I would like to think that they would try to make you as a customer happy.

We worked with Jess this evening for our daughter’s 2-year-old pictures/family shots AND she was amazing! Before we knew it our daughter was playing in the sand, telling Jess to “c’mon here” and together they were drawing stars and princesses. Jess was RIGHT there sitting in the sand AT our daughter’s LEVEL without hesitation. As a mama, it gave me all the feels to see our daughter so COMFORTABLE with her which allowed Jess to capture her true self... AND I mean her REAL, RAW SELF. Our son who dreaded pictures even said, “it didn’t seem like they took that long, it was fun!” (Even though between chatting and pictures we were there for over an hour!) Jess and Monroe+Co is highly recommended for your photo needs that capture your raw life, memories, and family story!
