I have been here many times over the years. But recently, the photgraphers that were there suck. NO creative eye, I'm telling the kids how to pose because his ideas were so blah...was NOT good. I may try portrait innovations next time.

We were very impressed with our photographer, Yuri. He was so good with our two year old and managed to get so many great shots, we had to come back to order more. He was left in the studio alone on a busy Saturday and, as a result, our session was not able to start on time. However, he was more than accommodating during our wait, and after our session was finished, we hardly even remembered that we had to wait. The photographs turned out amazing and we will definitely be returning in the future. We highly recommend this studio!

We have a family of 6, and let me tell you, they did an Amazing Job!! Very accommodating for all of us including our 1 year old. The photographer was very engaging and had an creative eye. Will be back for Christmas photos.

The people are very nice. But it is in a horrible location. If you have children dont go here. It is in a baby/toy store and they have a bunch of toys to play with in the waiting area, if you would even call it a waiting area. My son did not want to take photos he just wanted to play with the toys. Of course he did, he is a child. Then i call today just to see the photos that were actually taken. And they cant find them or dont have them. I will not be going back to picture people unless i want a picture headache.

AWFUL! Do not waste your time. The "photographer" just stood there and waited for us to tell her when to take a picture. She did not tell us where to stand or sit. My husband had to arrange us. He is not a photographer. The employee did not engage our 7 month old at all. We had to suggest that she shake a toy or make noises to get our baby's attention. She never did ask our child's name or anything. The photos turned out terrible. Our kids had got some sun while swimming that day but everyone looked white as snow in the photos. We mentioned how there was a huge glare on my husband's forehead and the employee told us they often get that because they don't have the proper space for their lights. We would have taken better shots if we had just set up our camera on a timer in our living room. Very disappointing!

Worst experience.. we were there recently for a quick photoshoot for our 1 month old baby.. But the photographer Austin kept on rushing us and didn’t click a single good photo of our son.. we are very disappointed and wont recommend to anyone..

I feel so so about my experience, I won a free photo session and had to reschedule it at the last minute and the photographer was very accommodating to that. When we got there to do new born pics. the photographer was very impatient, very short, a little too much in a hurry (cant be in a rush dealing with a newborn). She produced good work, just wished she was a little bit more welcoming for our first time experience.
