Always had a great experiance with them. My kids schools, my son's baseball teams and football team uses Personal Touch every year and I have always been happy with the turn out. We had one photo a couple years ago that i requested we have redone do to a glare in my youngest sons Glasses. Brian was happy to allow me to bring my son in and do a retake without any fuss. I also use Personal Touch for my daughters gumnastics. With so many choices there is always something to satisfy anyones taste on how they displace their photos. Horrible. The owner didn't help at all... I ordered a sports picture for my son, this is his first year playing football.. when I got the pictures back my son's jersey was covered by the logo... I asked the owner can he please fix this... he said no there's nothing he can do about it... why purchase pictures if you can't see your child's jersey number... I am very upset and will never purchase pictures from them in the future or refer them to anyone... I paid for a picture that is not done correctly.... they have advertisements that shows the team and all the teams jersey number. All the kids in the photo jersey numbers are showing but my child... The owner is not sympathetic for you, he doesn't care, didn't try to make things right. If you pay your money for pictures and especially for a football team picture, it should come out right.. Customer is always right..
