Awful customer service. Might be ok for small prints, but they messed up my large print. Large fingerprints/handprints in the ink in multiple places Tried to blame it on me and charge me twice. Being a professional photographer with a lot of print experience, it easy to spot when someone just forgot to wear gloves and made a simple mistake. Simple mistakes should have simple fixes though. This did not. When I first placed the print order they also told me that if I "bribed" the guy printing it with double payment he would get it done faster. That should have been my warning... Luckily I didn't pay double. They also don't want to refund me for messing up my print. So now I don't have any print, but they still charged me. Use this business with caution.

Awesome customer service very helpful... I really appreciate them taking the time to give me some pointers and tips ... got my first film developed and quality is top notch and fast A++++ will be doing all my film developing through them

Absolutely love this place. If you shoot film you and you it developed or scanned well there's no better place than here...

If you want QUALITY photos and not just Costco prints, you gotta come here. They are matte and frame worthy. You will pay a little more, but everyone knows you have to pay for quality.

Low quality scanner. Bad customer service. And with something like film, which is so valuable in the customer's eyes, they were very casual about keeping me updated on the process. And I had little to no feedback. They took longer to develop my film than what they originally said, and the scans turned out horrible, lots of dust, no cropping, terrible service. Do not go here. No refunds.
