This is a shared review. The idea for the shoot was mainly mine but the sole subject of the boudoir photography session was my beautiful wife. I thought it would be nice for us to have a memory book of some special photos of her. It would also be a reminder for both of us that she is a lovely woman. (There is a tendency for mature women to be overly critical of their looks.) I sometimes remind her that she needs to look at herself through my eyes! After we decided to think about doing it, we looked for the right photographer to do it - and we found her. Erica was reassuring and helpful right from the start. She was proactive using calls and emails with my wife to address all sorts of planning, timelines and other helpful information. She knows how to put her subjects at ease! After, some initial unease, my wife became enthusiatic about the event. Erica made it easy to do my part of it - plan logistics, sign paperwork and pay her fees. Once the planning was underway, Erica and my wife were in charge. The day of the session was an exhausting one for my wife - 3 hours of posing, almost 200 photos. (I spent the 3 hours reading a book away from the action.) When done, my wife was all smiles and enjoyed summarizing the session for me later. About 3 weeks later, we got to see the "proofs". I was stunned. My wife's beauty had been captured by Erica's artistic and technical skills. Now the hard part was to choose which photos to use to build our private memory book. Though there are lots of customer choices at this stage, Erica guided us through the process of making good choices. We are very happy and satisfied customers. It was worth the time, effort and expense to do this project. I'm sure that Erica would do as well for any kind of event needing an expert photographer who can gently guide her clients towards capturing the great memories.

Ladies- Let me tell you about my experience with Erica. Erica is Professional, Calm, Energetic and AMAZING! Erica had numerous conversations with me leading up to my shoot. Every time I spoke with her, she made me feel more and more at ease. She held my hand through the entire process. When doing my research for a photographer, I came across a lot of websites that really didn't show me sexy yet classy photos. I didn't want to look like a made up pin up doll. I wanted something tasteful for a birthday present for my boyfriend and was BLESSED to come across Erica's site. My boyfriend then, who is now my Fiance said that my shoot(which I turned into a custom photo album) to him was the best birthday present ever. I would do this again and again and again with Erica. Best Dog Photography Experience That I Have Ever Had! I have been a dog enthusiast since I was 4 years old and have had a series of small dogs as companions throughout my life. I have always tried to have photographs taken of all of my dogs, but it has generally been somewhat of struggle finding a photographer who can interact with my dogs and provide a series of photographs both individually and as a group of 2 or 3. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when Ms. Aiken was able to provide both a series of individual and group photos (with some even including me) in my back yard. She also offered several options in terms of the photographic printing including printing directly on canvas. At the end of the process, I had 145+ electronic photos of my pack, plus 1 large canvas and 4 smaller ones plus a series of regular prints. Ms. Aiken was easy to work with, her photographs are wonderful, her prices are reasonable and most importantly she understands how to work with dogs. She took the time to understand my goals and provided me with a detailed review of all of the photos. I highly recommend her work.
