We have been getting picture sessions a few times a year since my daughter was born (and she will be 5)! Kathy, who is a photographer and now the manager does a great job!! She captures great poses and moments!! So glad this location stayed open.

The lady kathy is racist, or very favortizime. Will be doing business elsewhere. She cancel our appointment for someone else. 1pm. And did not take the time to let me know all the cute extra photo shop available for my little girls birthday. Plus, she also knew the other person very well because her childs pictures hanging in the studio. Talk about favortizime ! And I've been going there for 5 years. Sad, because now I'll be seeing JC Penny's instead.

Went here for the first time and had a wonderful experience only thing I didn't like is the lady said she'd take solo pics of all 3 of us (my 2 girls and I) and didnt. Other than that Kathy did superb job and pics came out great ! All for one low price!

Kathy has always been fantastic. I've been going to PP since my daughter was 3 months old. Never had a bad experience and Kathy has always had the patience of a saint with my energetic toddler. She has captured some of my favorite stages of my daughter's life and always has great ideas for props. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks, Kathy for making every experience a positive one even through unpredictable meltdowns!

The manager, Kathy (??), was absolutely amazing with our 5 day old newborn photos. The patience, creativity and expertise she demonstrated left me not only with some amazing photos... but gave me such piece of mind during what could have been a nerve racking, baby screaming experience. Her passion and joy in what she does is evident in both her work and customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend to document your little one's photographic journey. THANK YOU!

We take our Christmas photos every year at Picture People since 2013. In 2017, the manager Kathy was our photographer for our Christmas photos. This year, it was extremely difficult taking photos of our young children, especially our toddler. We weren't able to get any good pictures, which was very disappointing. However, the next appointment didn't show up, so she allowed us to try again & we were finally successful. Kathy has excellent customer service. She is also very kind, understanding & patient with us and our children. While we waited for our photos, I spoke with another customer, who said that she highly recommends Kathy & has been her photographer for years. After 5 years at this location, I will continue to come here & ask for Kathy.

Today we were here having our son's 3 year old pictures done. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Both women who helped us today (the manager and photographer) were so kind and patient, especially with a soon to be 3 year old. We never once felt rushed and they were so kind to our son. They also let us change his outfit for more pictures and it never once was a problem. I can imagine it's not easy picturing babies and toddlers but these women handled it with ease. We will continue to use this studio for as long as we can, and we will continue to suggest it to friends and family!

Just had an amazing experience...the computer may have been a little glitchy. Computer drama can happen to anyone and it was not her fault but she did what she needed to make it good. We could have let that upset us but life is all what you make of it. My child had fun getting pictures taken, we enjoyed our time watching, the pictures turned out beautifully, and we were in good company with a very professional employee who was working so hard for us! We will definately be back to see her very soon. Kathryn went above and beyond today assisting us with our picture needs. My child cannot wait to go back!! Thank you so much!!

Went yesterday and it will be the last time! They we're advertising a new backdrop and when I said I wanted that one the staff said Oh no that's new we don't have that one. Every year its the same freaking backdrop! Considering the crazy amount of money The Picture People charges I'm sure they can afford more backdrops! Every Fall and Christmas and Valentines day for the past 5 years its the same backdrop!
