Paid for sons photos on line gave paper to teacher she gave to photographer. I received cover page telling me i could purchase the ones i wanted . I called pressed 1 for english got a person whom barely spoke english and when he had me on phone asking a million questions i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it would be a couple of minutes. After a 5 minutes Erg as he spelled it came back one said it would be a couple of more minutes and then i was disconnected. I will not call them again . Just saying they stole my money .

My daughter never received her pictures. I emailed numerous times and they keep telling me they will be shipped. With me giving them multiple answers to there questions. I was repeating myself over and over to these people. Paid online with PayPal. They did refund me and said my pictures will still be sent out. STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THEM!! Been over 2 months

Never get photos from this place, 2 yrs in a row they lost one of my kids school photos...
