We were very disappointed in the way LN handle their business. We felt pressured to spend over $1000 on a few prints & a piece of wall art. When we decided to change our mind less than 24 hrs after ordering session, they wanted to slap us a 20% restocking fee (even on digital prints!). We found Little Nest unwilling to offer us any resolution or compromise. Our last call to discuss our concerns with the photographer/manager was never returned. Finally, we decided to pick up our 3 digital prints, which we paid over $750 (Delivery not included) :( Not a place we would recommend.

Ivory Tree did the school portraits at my son’s school this year and they are so beautiful! We just received the class picture today and everyone’s photograph is amazing. The portraits were taken outdoors and the children are absolutely glowing!

Seamless, and wonderful experience! We can't say enough great things about Ivory Tree, and the quality of work they do. The studio is beautiful and full of natural light, with a lot of background options for any style. Not having to worry about the weather made it that much easier! The photographer was SUCH a natural working with our twin boys and getting them to not only smile, but really show their personalities. Recently my sister and her family had their portraits done at the studio. It took an extremely long time for the items which they ordered - which summed up to a large amount spent - to be produced by the studio. My job in all of this was to pick-up the product and bring it back to my sister as I live closer to the studio then they do. That being said, my sister and brother in-law made several attempts in getting information from the owner. After weeks (almost months) of my sister and brother in-law calling and many different conversations with different people did we finally get the items that we ordered. The owner never spoke to my sister or her husband even after multiple requests and emails asking for her response. The photographer that my sister spoke to was nice and she said that she would make sure everything was ordered properly and that if it needed to be re-ordered, she would do that. Additionally, another employee that I cannot think of what his name is, was extremely nice and helped us through the entire situation. He ensured us that we would get our items. He apologized for the entire screw-up and would be the only employee to do so as the others would seem as if they were blaming us for the issue. That being said, I WILL NEVER TRUST my family with THIS PORTRAIT STUDIO. They seem more focused on business and making money then they do with personal interaction with their costumers. The owner seems only driven if their is an issue where her business cannot make money. The employees range from generically happy to extremely nice. Overall our experience was terrible but the items that the studio eventually produced were beautiful. If you are more concerned with what the outcome of your experience is rather than the actual experience then I would absolutely choose this studio. Anything other than that, I would go somewhere far far away.

I drive from Chestnut Hill as the talent at Ivory Tree is unparalleled at capturing my children's authentic smiles and making them look their best without seeming "posed". I've tried other more conveniently located studios, but keep returning here year after year as the fun, warm, and experienced photographers create priceless photos I just haven't been able to find elsewhere.

She was super sensitive to our needs and handled our baby with such gentle care. Very clean, no blinding flash and lots of natural light. We also loved the convenience of their dressing room - which included an actual changing table and private bathroom. We also got to see the unedited proofs same day!
